It was an incredibly peaceful and great stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The rooms lived up to the standard we saw on picture and it was spacious enough for two people.

Cons:

The couch in the lounge area was a bit uncomfortable. It seemed more suited for outdoor furniture. There was no heater in the room as well.

Don’t send anyone to this location. They are not equipped for people. Staff are very young trainees with no experience.

Bad smell in chalet. Very old and badly put together. No curtains in bathroom. No soaps. No nothing. Very rundown and shabby. I don’t know why they put us there when there are better rooms in the main hotel building. The manager wanted to refund me but only if I took down my complaints from the web. I refused. Incidentally, the price on Booking.com started at R2830 then it changed to R1630 later in the day. My family and I had to look for alternative accommodation which we luckily got at Sunset Lodge. Many thanks to Martin there. He really went out of his way to help us.

Breakfast nothing else, the hotel is run by internship girls mostly under the age of 20 which have minimal training and they all are trying their best , ownership of the hotel is pathetic, demarcation of the pool area which is supposedly under construction is open to the public at own risk even though they are aware that it is extremely dangerous, our friend fell in this area and found himself in theatre due to extremely slippery surfaces around and in the pool , no remorse was given by one of the owners when we return to the hotel after being at the hospital the hole day.after this whole episode the pool entrance was still open to the public with notices that say enter at own risk, which an child would never see or be able to read , it should closed off with danger tape as it is a health and safety risk.

Seaside Fishing Village Hotel
Pros:

Friendly helpfull front desk & housekeeping staff. Clean rooms & throughout the hotel. The sea view. Quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

The restaurant only serve breakfasts, no lunch or supper options available on site. No comfy lounger chair in room, no safe in room. No access to seafront from the hotel property.

Excellent Stay!!
Pros:

Amazing stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Benicke, who made the experience even more special with excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
