Service
8.5
Generally praised as friendly and helpful (staff assisted guests, some reviews called staff wonderful), with a few comments about less helpful staff in isolated cases.
Location
8.9
Consistently highlighted as a major strength — central location and excellent sea views; a minor note about a steep descent and limited sidewalk access for some.

7.4
Rooms often described as spacious with great views and well equipped, but several reports of worn/aged furniture, rust and some cleanliness-related wear diminished scores.

7.3
Mixed: the spa/massage and buffet breakfast received praise, but gym quality was repeatedly called poor and parking was limited/paid or inconvenient for some guests.

Appréciation: grand hôtel. Grande porte patio. Vue non obstruée par d’autres édifices. Services efficaces: oreiller + sè
Pros:

Lit confortable. Service et réponse du personnel très efficace. Grande serviette pour la douche. Serviettes changées tous les jours. Grande douche. Possibilité de déjeuner à l’hôtel. Stationnement intérieur. Sèche linge disponible sur demande.

Cons:

Espace pour ouvrir les bagages est limité au petit bureau, au fauteuil et au petit banc. Pour deux personnes, c’est un peu contraignant.

Good location
Pros:

The location is great and the parking garage was nice - we found an empty parking spot every time we needed one, so there is plenty of those, but the garage corridors are a bit narrow. The view from our room was beautiful.

Cons:

The beds in our room were quite hard and the carpet in the room has seen better days. The bathroom was a bit dirty. The balcony did not have any chairs, so you couldn't really enjoy it. Overall, we liked the hotel, but the room could use some furniture refresh.

Pros:

מיקום קרוב להרבה אטרקציות.
חדר מרווח עם נוף יפה.

Cons:

Pros:

Большие номера, красивый вид, отличное наполнение номеров, заведения с кофе и едой найти не проблема, всё совсем рядом, проблемы с парковкой не было - персонал подскажет где можно оставить машину рядом с отелем если у вас номер без парковки под зданием

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Feels like a high brow hotel - super clean, perfumed corridors etc
The café space downstairs proved useful - they sold drinks, snacks and even had even microwaves
Staff were lovely and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was not quite to my taste personally, but there was a lot to choose from
Not that much to do nearby (we didn't come with a car)

Lovely view, staff, and breakfast
Pros:

My second time staying here. We mainly used buses for transport, and all the buses were within an 8-minute walk. Lots of sights are just 20 minutes away. Truly enjoyable stay, beautiful view, and incredible breakfast! The staff are super friendly; they helped us call and arrange tours. Very sweet. Totally recommend. I may come back here a third time :)

Meh
Pros:

The bed was okay and the sea view was nice

Cons:

You needed to pay for the balcony furniture and also full price for the jacuzzi, even though the bubbles did not work.
