Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Tiefgarage sehr eng und teuer, 24€ pro Nacht. Schlafsofa als 3. Bett unbequem, man spürt jede Feder. Frühstück ok aber ausbaufähig

Hotel ist gut Zimmer und Ausstattung gut Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Wir kommen schon das 4 mal in das hotel
Aber am Frühstück hat sich nichts geändert. Für soviele Gäste ist das Frühstücksbuffet zu klein.
Keinerlei Fisch und das in Hamburg
Vielleicht ändert sich beim nächsten Mal ja etwas

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, vor allem der Barkeeper!

Cons:

Wir waren leider am Wochenende des Ironman vor Ort und deshalb war der Preis sehr sehr hoch.

Einfach alles: nur eingecheckte Personen gelangen in die Stockwerke oberhalb der Rezeption, überall Feuerschutztüren, das Frühstück kontinental und britisch. Alles sauber, Betten bequem.

Cons:

Eine gläserne Schiebetür im Bad zu haben fördert nicht gerade die Privatsphäre. Auch wenn es Milchglas ist. Leider auch sehr geräuschdurchlässig, diese Tür...
Bei einem Dreibett-Zimmer fand ich das schwierig.

Alle angetroffenen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und bequem, das Frühstück sehr gut und der Check In und Check Out schnell und unkompliziert.
Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof ist sehr gut.

Ein zentral gelegenes, komfortables Hotel, das sich hervorragend dazu eignet, Hamburg zu erkunden.
Pros:

Modernes Gebäude, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Parkhaus.
Das Hotel liegt fast im Zentrum von Hamburg und ist daher gut erreichbar, auch zu Fuß.

Cons:

Ein Nachteil sind die Parkgebühren von 24 € pro Tag. Außerdem gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nur wenige Restaurants.
