Sehr zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Das Personal, vor allem im Fruehstuecksbereich, war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gute Schallisolierung zur lauten Straße hin und auch gegenüber dem anderen Zimmern. Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach der Vorstellung des Hotels im Internet, ohne wenn und aber. Danke
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig (Bushaltestellen der Linie 12).
Das Frühstück war optimal. Wir haben uns an die Zeitempfehlung gehalten, dadurch kein Gedränge.
Durch die Klimaanlage war die Wärme gut zu ertragen.
Das der Gast über die Notwendigkeit des Zimmerservices selbst entscheidet, finde ich sehr gut.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Desayuno estaba bien.

Cons:

Ubicación retirado para venir de centro Hamburgo. Zona demasiado tranquila y teniendo que atravesar zona conflictiva de yonkis y gente indigente. Hamburgo se ha convertido en una ciudad bastante peligrosa y muy triste ver tanta gente sin hogar con el poder adquisitivo tan alto que se supone que tiene la ciudad. Somos de Madrid capital, esto no lo he visto nunca en ninguna gran ciudad europea. Menos mal que estaba el bus 12 que te dejaba en puerta de Hotel. Otra cosa que no nos gustó pero nada son las camas tan incomodas que tiene esta cadena de hoteles. ya nos pasó en la misma cadena en Friburgo (selva negra) son un horror. Deberían cambiar de proveedor o mirar que no sean tanto tiempo, no se cual es el motivo, si calidad de colchon o antiguedad.

Great for sightseeing
Pros:

Good location for Hauptbahnhof, Hafen City and Speicherstadt. The was room was pleasant and breakfast was varied.

Good hotel, safe parking, excellent breakfast in urban city
Pros:

A very city based hotel with good facilties and an excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Located in a quite urban / industrial area. Used e-scooters or bikes to get into the heart of Hamburg, otherwise a good 30min walk
