Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gut zu U-Bahn und Bus direkt davor. Auch die Speicherstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war im Restaurantbereich zu kalt eingestellt.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Frühstück Service einfach klasse immer am lachen und überfreundlich.Egal wie voll lassen sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen.

Cons:

Waren schon drei mal da diesmal haben die Betten sehr gequetscht.

Personal an der Rezeption
war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten schon früher ins Zimmer.

Cons:

Bohužel byli v pokoji mravenci. Hodně mravenců. Bydlí v koupelně, ale šli na procházku i do ložnice, na postel u pracovní stůl.

Navíc nám chyběla jedna deka na přistýlku.
