Pros:

The girl at the reception spoke very good english and was extremly helpful with every issue i had while visiting Bangkok.
For 20 euros a whole apartment is a steal.
Mr. Woot the Tuk tuk driver was also very helpful and nice to talk to

Good hotel not too far from the center
Pros:

Nice apartment, spacious and fonctional. Modern and clean building with nice toproof with nice view and nice terrace. Good quality price. Tuktuk service

Location is key and for someone who doesn't stay in hotel a lot.
Pros:

Location is key and the flexibility of the staff (give its a short-term stay). A shuttle bus service is provided but not consistent. Allowed Pet but with 2,000 deposit (downside).

Cons:

It is moldy or smells moldy and old. This is common for older buildings in BKK, and would be hard to renovate or require much more investment for the business. Hence, the condition was expected.

Cons:

I specifically told them I was travelling to their hotel to use the bathtub and have a bath. They didnt even check that the hot water didn't work. No staff around to speak with. I sent them a message right away. Poor service and poor response. I was looking for a hotel we could return to with my dog, but I won't based on how they dealt with the issue.

Good value for your money. Excellent service. Great location.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. They catered to our needs in a timely manner. The room was an appropriate size for a family of four. The best part was the free tuk-tuk ride to several locations, which helped us avoid paying more in fares, not to mention beating traffic and the scorching sun!

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was unstable during our stay. We were told they were having repairs, but other than that, it was all good.
