Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub!
Pros:

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war mit viel Liebe gestaltet und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir unsere Tage auf Kreta in vollen Zügen geniessen konnten. Genau so stellt man sich Urlaub vor: ankommen, abschalten und einfach geniessen.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Duo Suites von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit und die vielen schönen Erinnerungen! ☀️🇬🇷

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est juste formidable. Nois avons eu la chance de suivre des cours de yoga avec Sofia qui sont proposés gratuitement tous les matins. Sofia est une professeur de yoga exceptionnelle. Le soir nous avons également déguster des très délicieux sushis du chef réalisés a la minute avec des produits très frais. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait loin de la foule mais a quelques minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. Je recommande cet établissement . Merci pour l'accueil.

Needs some love to be truly great
Pros:

Nice and very spacious rooms, clean, very friendly and attentive staff that tool every step to accomodate us, good food in the restaurant, nice breakfast.

Cons:

Room needed some small touch ups (lighting broken in shower, lighting very dim in toilet, some electrical wires showing). The "smart home" system is atrocious and incomprensive, should be replaced by simple switches. Most buttons don't do what you expect, some flat out don't work at all. Shower sometimes took 10 minutes go get hot water.

Overall small annoyances, but for this price - a bit unexpected.

It's okay but not amazing
Pros:

1) We thought the staff were lovely
2) the food from the restaurant was good and good value.
3) The beds are comfortable and the room was generally nice.

Cons:

1) The location isn't great. Decent walking distance from the old town but it's on a busy main road, so sitting out on the terrace is hardly tranquil or relaxing.
2) our room had both an outdoor hot tub and an indoor one, but the indoor one didn't work. When we questioned this the staff said that's correct - you get one or the other. Why take up a significant proportion of a room with a hot tub that you don't want to work?
3) just general little things would make this hotel even better. For example, the water in the shower takes ages to heat up, the staff brought an iron for us but no ironing board until 24 hours later, no kettle in the room, you can get English breakfast tea at dinner but not in the day "because they don't have it" yet I had it at dinner 😄, the staff knock early and basically walk straight in for cleaning. Even when you shout no through the door. There is no sign to hang outside to say you are sleeping in. Just little things, none worth actually complaining about but still a bit annoying.

Absolut nicht wie auf den Bildern im Internet

Die Aussicht ist nicht wie beschrieben das Meer, sondern eine Strasse und dahinter das Meer
Im Fitnessstudio nebenan fiele ab 8 Uhr morgens bis 10 Uhr Abends teilweise alle 30 Sekunden schwere Hanteln an den Boden. Sehr unangenehm

Beautiful suites with excellent amenities such as yoga and access to the hotel’s beach!
Pros:

The master suite was beautiful and spacious, excellent layout with a shower room at the entrance of the room so we didn’t walk sand through the whole suite after being at the beach.
Excellent additions included in the price such as daily yoga, (couldn’t rate Sophia highly enough!), access to the hotel’s sun loungers on their section of the beach right across the road with bar service.
The restaurant was great, the food was really delicious!
Everything was brilliant, we would definitely stay again!
