Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på stranden og centrum. Værelset var moderne, rent og meget komfortabelt med en smuk udsigt. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt, og stemningen på hotellet var rolig og afslappende.

Upon arrival the staff were super welcoming and provided all of the information we needed for our stay. We had the king suite (titanium) which had an outdoor hot tub and fantastic views of the beach. Lots of space in the room and comfortable bed.
Breakfast was also good and lots to choose from the menu as well as buffet style available.
We only ate once for lunch in the restaurant (magma) and we had sushi. The sushi was outstanding and some of the best we have ever had. There are also lots of good restaurants walking distance from the hotel.
There are sunbeds and loungers on the beach which were comfortable and able to order from the bar which is great.
We did yoga (free) which was a nice addition to the stay and also purchased a couples massage which was excellent. Overall our stay was perfect and would definitely come again.
Die Aussicht, Lage und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Personal ebenfalls top! Freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.
Kein Schrank für Kleidung vorhanden, haben unsere Kleidung auf dem Sofa ausgelegt. Einpaar Kleidungstücke konnten wir auf Kleiderbügel im Eingangsbereich aufhängen. Dusche sehr dunkel, kaum Licht. Zimmer besitzt eine moderne Lichtbedientafel, die ist in den 5 Tagen die wir da waren 2x ausgefallen. Einmal um Mitternacht konnte das Licht nicht ausgemacht werden, mussten die Hauptsicherung betätigen und ein Mal ging um 5 Uhr eine Lampe an und wieder hat die Bedieneinheit nicht funktioniert, ging wieder nur mit Hauptsicherung ausschalten. Um morgens Warmwasser zu haben musste der Wasserhahn zunächst ca. 15(!) Minuten offen sein.
Hôtel vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est très prévenant et fait son maximum pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Les suites sont spacieuses, confortables et très propre. Le restaurant vous permet de profiter d’une superbe vue mer dans une atmosphère propice à la détente et propose des plats variés de qualités que ce soit pour dîner ou pour prendre le petit déjeuner. L’hôtel se situe à une vingtaine de minute à pied de l’hypercentre historique ce qui n’est pas plus mal car cela permet d’être au calme et de trouver aisément une place où se garer à proximité.

Amplasare excelentă, la malul mării. Personalul foarte amabil, restaurantul a la carte , fine dinning, mâncarea excelentă, servirea asemenea.
Engleza personalului este una de baza, exprimări limitate, dar foarte serviabili.

Room was very spacious and we loved the large balcony. The restaurant food was fantastic and all the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The large bath inside the room wasn’t necessary & took up a lot of room as there was a jacuzzi on the balcony.
Super chambre, personnel au top. L’hôtel a même une plage privée juste en face, où on peut réserver des transats gratuitement, il suffit de traverser la rue.
I have visited a number of 5 star hotels in Scandinavia, Southern Europe and the US and this was maybe the best experience so far. All in all.
The sunbeds was luxury, the food, snacks and drinks was superb and clearly affordable. The room, 80square m of luxury.
The service before and during stay was personal, proactive and caring. We had two small kids and despite this not being a ”waterland or resort”, the kids had a fantastic time.
We will return!!
The bed, I guess a premium bed, was a bit to stiff for my taste.
