Buen hotel - Regular comida
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy lindas. El personal super amable.

Cons:

La comida me pareció muy regular. El desayuno está bien, pero en el almuerzo y la comida pedimos unos platos que se veían muy buenos en la carta, sin embargo no lo estaban.

Cons:

Muy temprano la hora del check out con relación a la hora en que te recoge la lancha para regresar a guatapé. No es Cómoda la espera de 3 horas desde que entregas la habitación hasta la hora de salir del hotel.

Pésima experiencia publicidad engañosa

La zona húmeda

La habitación muy desafortunada, quedaba en un bloque a 100 metros de la casa principal parecía la casa del mayordomo muy mala iluminación para llegar al restaurante, muy incómodo para caminar, queda tan lejos que en la noche se hace imposible usar las zonas húmedas, mencionamos nuestra inconformidades y el personal mencionó que era por la categoría de la habitación según el valor , sin embargo el valor que él mencionó era el supuesto descuento que tenía el alojamiento en esta fecha según booking es instancia constaba lo que nos dijo el persona pero tenía un buen descuento, según el personal era categoría de bajo costo para no hay tal descuento publicidad engañosa

Pros:

Staff is great. They were helpful in several occasions. Pool is nice, view and location too. Food is ok.

Cons:

There’s another building without airconditioning and we encountered a lot of noise from other guest that made our stay less comfortable.
