cannot express enough how friendly the staff were, absolutely incredible
Nothing
They had the cheapest plastic and paper cups no real cups or glasses TV was smaller than my work monitor. They charged over 300 at night for a little dump on one dead bedbug on the floor. I was there for 20 minutes and came downstairs and said I’m only going to stay one night not four. I’ve done this in the past more than once and I only do it if I have to or really feel I don’t want to be somewhere because you don’t know till you get there sometimes and they would not let me go after two nights. I asked again and they would not let me go the last night I paid for. I didn’t even stay there. I’ve never had a worst experience and I have stayed in 100 hotels never go there. Don’t let them fool you it’s not in new Westminster. It’s in Queensboro in the middle of nowhere, it’s terrible. There’s no bathroom counter. They’ve got a sink that’s almost 3 feet wide, but no counter can’t tell you how horrible it was and the fact that I was very polite about not wanting to be there and forcing me to stay there even though there’s a vacancy if it’s a long weekend and they could easily get someone if they are stupid enough to book their never ever ever again I may not even use Booking.com after this and I’ve been using them for over 10 years. I’m not mad what a waste of money. What a bunch of scum at that place and imagine running out of coffee. I have no coffee I go where’s your coffee? Oh we’re out. She tells me to go to Tim Hortons. I hate Tim Hortons. It’s 15 minute walk. I took a video but no pictures sorry I can’t post the video. I didn’t know
Staff were very friendly
Quiet
Tiny rooms, no air conditioning so room was hot all night. no elevators to you had to walk up stairs. Very pricey at $173 with the poorest quality room that I have every had, The mattress was larger than the box springs. The bar of soap was the size of a quarter. The Tv required a 6 step process to turn on. The furniture was cheaply made and well worn.

It was in a convenient location for us.
Noisy outside and room was very small.
Friendly staff and very clean
Outside noise
The anything snacks placed out for the guest and the prime coffee machine had a place to sit and smoke the $5 dollar gym pass
Had no good channels to watch on tv . Was bare minimum. Could hear every working girl and her johns doing the dirty . And can hear every last sound in the hallways from other rooms
I loved everything about the hotel except for the fact that it was hard to find, as we drove in at night and signage wasn’t great. The rooms were also a touch small. Staff was amazing, awesome location, breakfast was great and I loved the coffee machine. I will definitely be staying here again at the end of January

I stayed for 4 nights with my child , staff were friendly and polite on arrival and shown us our room . The twin room I initially booked was a little small , once mentioned my room was upgraded for an additional charge which I was happy with . Rooms were bright and clean with laminated flooring throughout , a fridge , microwave and cable tv. There was complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks on reception daily. I found that the staff went above and beyond and catered to your needs .I would definitely recommend this hotel .
There was nothing I disliked - I will definitely recommend .
Super helpful staff, very friendly. The online booking process and check in were super easy.
I liked the good security of the building. It is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The parking lot had great lighting and I felt I didn't need to worry about my new car being vandalized. The Queens Hotel is secure password entry and the lobby is very quiet and like being at home with lots of nice homelike touches. It felt like my own living room. If you want fancy and glitzy, you should book the Marriott. The beds and linen were awesome. If you are driving, the best part is that it is close to everything you want to visit. Vancouver, Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby, Surrey and the Fraser Valley plus YVR airport and Tsawwassen Ferry terminals are a quick commute away.
I stayed at a Coast Hotel in November and they wowed me with a 75 inch TV on the wall. If you want to watch anything on TV at Queens Hotel, the equipment is super tiny. Maybe 32 inch TV.
The parking is free and located behind the hotel. The surrounds are quiet in the evening. Two bottles of water are provided, which is a thoughtful touch. The room meets all the basic needs.
The experience did not match the value. There is no lift, and both the building and the room facilities feel quite old. I couldn’t even find a proper cup for drinking water in the room (there was only a paper cup next to the bathroom sink, which didn’t feel suitable for drinking). The room was also quite cold when I arrived — the heating was set to 0, and it took a few hours to warm up after I turned it on. In my view, the current rating (>8) feels misleading; a score around 7 would be more accurate.
The bedding was high quality sheets etc. Very clean and the staff was very nice. The fresh bananas and yogurt bars were good and always a supply.
We arrived quite late, around 1:00am.
Your staff at the check in was great, very kind, very helpful.
No issues at all, thank you!
