Look for another option.
Pros:

The room was spacious and well insulated. Staff were all super nice, welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

It is surrounded by very shady streets. We saw people doing drugs, injection level... it wasn't pleasant to walk around.
I pay special attention to breakfast and this one was a bit disappointing, the hot dishes were quite... meh. I don't think the scrambled eggs were actual eggs. The coffee? Not coffee either, just brown water called coffee.

Pros:
