The staff working at the hotel was fantastic. Very helpful and kind. The room was comfortable.
The hotel is definitely past its prime. The doors to the bathroom and shower had broken locks. At one point the shower drain got clogged and the room got flooded. The toilet flush also broke. All of it during our 4 night stay. The staff reacted super quickly and managed to fix the shower and the flush, but still, not something you want to deal with on your vacation.
Bed was comfy
Very noisy air conditioning unit in our room and could hear lots of noise from the corridor. Room and towels smelled bad, and shower wasn’t clean. Felt like a hostel

Emplacement pratique pour un court séjour à Athènes. On peut facilement accéder au métro avec la station Omonia à proximité. Les choix de déjeuner étaient variés.
L'hôtel se veut moderne et propose l'utilisation d'une tablette pour contrôler les lumières et la ventilation. Ce système n'est pas très user friendly quand on est fatigué après un long vol international et qu'on veut simplement se coucher. Aussi, les 2 nuits où nous y avons séjourné, les lumières se sont allumées par elle même au beau milieu de la nuit à 2 ou 3 reprises pour chaque nuit alors que personne n'avait touché aux boutons... Lorsque nous en avons fait part à la réception, ils ont semblé étonnés et n'ont rien offert pour régler la situation sinon de les appeler en pleine nuit pour qu'ils éteignent les lumières pour nous? Un peu étrange comme réponse...

Very convenient and modern
The room was a nice size for 3. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony. The staff was friendly, however housekeeping went thru my purse. Nothing was taken because my wallet was in the safe. I knew it was pilfered because I had left it zipped shut and concealed in my open suitcase covered by clothes and when I returned it was on top of the clothes standing up and wide open.
The breakfast had a good selection of items that were fresh and good.
My items were pilfered.
