We would highly recommend this property to anyone.
Pros:

We had an amazing time at Aunty Arenal Lodge, the property was stunning and so well maintained. The room we stayed in was so clean and very comfortable. The breakfast by the pool was the best meal of the day! The staff who prepared it remembered what my children liked and what they didn’t like without a reminder. We would go for afternoon swims and the staff would turn on the waterfall in the pools for us and when it got dark he would turn on the lights for us and light up the whole area. The view of the volcano behind the pool was so beautiful, a sight worth seeing and will be missed.
We loved how close we were to zip lining, butterfly oasis, Fortuna waterfall, and the chocolate tours. All within a 5 minute drive.

Pros:

Només arribar la noia de recepció ens va explicar super bé totes les activitats que podiem fer i ens va resoldre tots els dubtes.
La caseta que teniem estava molt bé i molt ben situat.

Cons:

Els llits eren una mica durs i la caseta en general era una mica antiga, però a nivell general tot bé.

Lindo jardín y piscinas. Desayuno es siempre el mismo plato.
Pros:

Hermoso el parque que tiene con sus plantas tropicales y las dos piscinas (agua fría). Buena ubicación, cerca del centro. En general buena relación precio-calidad.

Cons:

El desayuno siempre es el mismo plato, es rico, pero no tenían jugos ni frutas como en la mayoría de los hoteles en la Fortuna. Solo un arroz con salchichas y huevo. Con un café solo y eso es todo. Si te quedás varios días te cansarás rápido del desayuno. Estuvimos dos noches y no nos hicieron las camas ni la limpieza. Lo demás ok, ubicación ok.

A zen getaway 🤙🏻
Pros:

I had a really nice experience with front desk! Some places don’t have English speaking people to greet you after 7 but They were really helpful and accomodating made sure I had everything I needed. I enjoyed the lookout and pool area which had toucans, sloths and you can hear monkeys about , it’s close to waterfalls, town and hot springs. Kind of tucked away but that adds to peace of the noise from the town. Look forward for next stay 😊

Realmente ningún alojamiento debería de tener horario de salida y entrada ya una vez que uno se encuentra ahí, ya que muchos lugares cierran tarde y por eso no se logra disfrutar como te gustaría
