Faulty towers without the fun!
Pros:

The views were stunning

Cons:

When we arrived nothing was offered we had to ask for everything. Then the key to the room didn’t work, the WiFi was worse than useless, the air conditioning didn’t work, the bar was not manned and when I did find someone they had no white wine so offered me a glass of prosecco… it was flat and off. There was no hot water…

Beautiful historic place close to the A2 highway
Pros:

The old palace was beautifully refurbished. New and old were perfectly paired together, creating an unforgettable experience. The hotel has a unique basement pool - in our opinion the EUR20 fee for using the pool is worth the experience. The personnel are all very helpful, nice people. The cook is exeptional. All her dishes and her cakes/biscuites are very delicate and tasty. The price of the food is very good value for money. The location is great to visit the hilltop village and is quite close to the highway, thus providing a great value rest while travelling.

Cons:

We would have liked to spend another day, especially for the food! :)

Avevo delle aspettative più alte e mi è dispiaciuto che non è stato così.

La bellezza della struttura perché storica e caratteristica.
La bellezza paesaggistica delle montagne.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto la poca cura basilare dell’ingresso del palazzo. Corridoio freddo e con odori di cucina. Parcheggio troppo limitato per tutta la struttura. Incongruenza tra ciò che è scritto sulla carta delle informazioni e quello che realmente si può fare gratuitamente. Wi-Fi con ricezione quasi inesistente. Assenza di FrigoBar in stanza. Poca scelta riguardo la colazione. Consiglierei vivamente al proprietario di essere più presente e colmare le carenze sopra elencate.
