Would definitely visit again. Accommodation staff were incredible
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and facilities were great. The pool was stunning

Cons:

Nothing in particular. All day dining at the restaurant (even a small limited menu of snacks) would be helpful - we were jet lagged and found eating at the set times challenging but recognise this is across Italy, not just this hotel

Es war schön aber es bedarf einer Renovierung
Pros:

Die Aussicht am Pool und im Restaurant ist hervorragend. Man hatte auch in der Hauptsaison immer Platz und konnte entspannen. Wundervoll!! Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal immer freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind eher 2 Sterne und Preis Leistung stimmt daher leider nicht ganz.
Die Speisekarte im Restaurant war für uns leider nicht gut. Es gab nichts leckeres zu Essen. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.
Die schöne Aussicht und die Ruhe sind zwar toll. Aber man kann keinen Spaziergang machen und braucht immer das Auto da es doch sehr abgelegen ist.

Great location and views to relax to.
Pros:

Fantastic location overlooking the lake. Rooms were big and clean with a decent kitchen, we had a ground floor room in the main building. All the staff were friendly and very helpful especially the 2 girls at reception.

Cons:

This is a 3 star hotel so trying not to write a review compared to the usual 4 star properties we tend to stay in, the breakfast was a bit lacking, only scrambled and boiled eggs on offer and once gone that’s it gone! Same everyday offerings. Bit of variety would help, poached eggs, fried eggs etc wouldn’t be difficult to offer. Also different selection of meats, fruits not the same each day please.
We had dinner on the last day, a little strange as the menu was more like a 4/5 star offering, and over the top pricing for small portions. Totally out of place for a 3 star hotel and considering this is a family hotel with many under 15 year old I doubt the menu catered for theirs needs. Having said that the food was well prepared and tasty.

Pros:

Es war perfekt, im Apartment ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und das Ambiente ein Traum. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Personal.

Nice, basic holiday apartments if you have a car.
Pros:

The property has a wonderful view of the lake. The central pool area is lovely.

Cons:

It’s quite isolated. A car is necessary to get around. There’s no laundry facilities. The amenities at the unit we stayed in were very basic. No kitchen bin, kettle didn’t work properly, Toaster couldn’t reach the kitchen power point etc. Also had issues with air con not working overnight. Management were responsive (during business hours) but took several attempts to identify the issue.

Idéal point de départ pour le lac de garde et les alentours ! (Vérone, Venise…)
Pros:

Vue magnifique, les extérieurs soignés, jolie piscines et chaises à dispositions, le petit déjeuner pour un 3 étoiles était nickel (sauf parfois le service, manque de chaleur).
Idéal avec un enfant, ou familles (avec enfants pas trop petits), salon et chambres séparés.

Cons:

Chambre mérite un peu plus de soins aux détails, typiquement un support pour le savon de douche, plus de crochets dans la salle de bains, mobilier fait cheap.
Le passage piéton pour accéder au restaurant un peu dangereux, les voitures passent vite. Un dos d’âne ralentissant les voitures ou une passerelle seraient bienvenue.

Ich denke wir wären mit einer Villa sehr glücklich gewesen, allerdings war die Wohnung absolut alt und nicht sauber.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Anlage mit Pool waren toll, ohne Abstriche!

Cons:

Die Wohnung war sehr alt, nicht sauber und der Balkon war absolut nicht für 4 Personen geeignet, vor allem nicht mit Baby. Sehr gefährlich! Schade….

Traumhafter Poolbereich mit Abstrichen beim Zimmer
Pros:

Außenanlage & Pool: Der Poolbereich und die gesamte Außenanlage sind wunderschön gestaltet.

Aussicht: Der Blick vom Pool aus ist absolut fantastisch und ein echtes Highlight.

Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war einwandfrei sauber.

Schlafkomfort: Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Service: Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gastronomie: Das Pool-Restaurant hat uns gut gefallen. 

Cons:

Zimmerzustand: Die Zimmerausstattung ist leider sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt eine Modernisierung.

Zimmer-Aussicht: Vom Balkon aus hatten wir leider überhaupt keine schöne Aussicht.
