Staff excellent
The room was very noisy throughout the night, seemed like I was above a large tumble dryer that ran all night. I wouldn't want room 27 again if and when I next stay.
Lovely property in an ideal location. Bedroom very clean and staff welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast exceptional with lots of choice - I had the continental option but full English was available too.

Wasn't made aware that there was a wedding taking place on our day of arrival, Wasn't able to sit and have a drink at the bar due to this, was offered a room opposite to sit in. Disappointed to be honest

Was my wedding night and I left my key to be cleaned and when returned wasn't clean. Bed wasn't even made. No fresh towels, water and cups. Was very disappointed
