Pros:

The staff, Svetlana, Tuğay and the other abi whose name I forgot to ask. All were friendly, helpful and shared a lot of tips on how to spend our time in Alanya the most beautiful way. Room cleaning almost every day. Changing the towels, the bed sheets very often. Once we bought breakfast. It came out to be delicious, in a big portion and not expensive. The fish restaurants near the hotel, food is exceptional, the view from Alanya Castle, I would never be able to see such a breathtaking view if not Tuğay. I am thankful to all the staff members. Thanks to them our stay was way more pleasant than it could be. Hope to come back there again

It’s a decent option for this price, but there are a few things that bothered me.
Pros:

-very welcoming woman at reception
-location close to the sea
-lovely, clean pool that wasn't too crowded; I used it every day
- breakfasts were OK

Cons:

- The air conditioner is poorly positioned—it’s right across from the bed and blows directly on you. The room is very small, so you can't redirect the airflow elsewhere (up or down). I tried to fix this because I was worried about getting sick — which, unfortunately, is exactly what happened toward the end of my stay :(

- Terrible Wi-Fi; YouTube wouldn't even load, so I had to use mobile data to watch videos and work. Hotel management should look into this, as the Wi-Fi in the main lobby is actually good. It’s a clear case of cutting corners at the guests' expense.

- It’s very noisy due to the nearby mosque—keep that in mind. However, this is common throughout Turkey, so it’s not a deal-breaker.

- The room is very small, but considering the price, it’s okay.

Compact hotel with everything you need and exceptionally friendly customer service.
Pros:

The room was small, as expected given the very affordable price, but it was still spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was surprisingly large compared to the size of the room, which was a definite plus. The room also had a refrigerator, which we appreciated. Coffee-making facilities were provided and ready to use, making it nice to enjoy a cup of coffee before heading out in the morning. Overall, the room was clean and had everything we needed, including a dining table and chairs. The room also had an efficient and easy-to-use air conditioning unit that allowed us to adjust the temperature to our liking.

Cons:

In my opinion, there was nothing to complain about. The room met all of my expectations, and the price was exceptionally good considering the quality of the accommodation.

Pros:

Отдыхали почти две недели, отель хороший. Регулярно убирают номера. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Если оценивать цена/качество, то для апартотеля то, что нужно. В номере имеется всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, а также стиральная машина, холодильник и в каждой комнате был кондиционер. У нас в номере был балкончик , так , что было где просушить бельё. Очень удобно с питьевой водой, можно купить прямо на ресепшене не дорого. В пешей доступности имеются разные супермаркеты. В общем ничего плохого я не заметил.

Cons:

Такого не заметил, рекомендую.

Günstiger und kurzer Aufenthalt in Alanya
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. 400 Meter Fußläufig vom Kleopatrabeach entfernt.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für den bezahlten Preis in Höhe von 189,00€ für 2 Erwachsene und ein Baby ist die Unterkunft schon gut auch wenn nicht zu 100%. Aber preislich unschlagbar. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die kleine feine Küchenzeile hatte alles was man benötigt um sich selbst zu versorgen.

Cons:

Wir haben die dreckigen Handtücher auf den Boden gelegt, diese wurden beim putzen einfach wieder ins Badezimmer hinter die Tür gehangen.
Die Duschkabine ging nicht richtig auf und zu, man musste stark dran ziehen sodass sich die Türen ruckartig bewegen dennoch nicht komplett schließen. Die Temperatur des Wassers war nicht einfach einzustellen, denn entweder wurde es extrem heiß oder kalt während des duschens.
Die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und der Balkontür sind natürlich eine super Idee, jedoch nicht, wenn diese mehrere Löcher haben, daher hatten wir bereits am ersten Tag etliche Tiere wie Mücken, etc. im Zimmer. Auch die Büsche/Bäume die um den ganzen Balkon herum waren, haben dazu geführt das auch tagsüber viele Tiere herumflogen und wir daher auch nicht auf den Balkon gegangen sind. Die Klimaanlage die direkt aufs Bett gerichtet ist, ist natürlich auch nicht optimal, da ich in der Nacht gerne die Klimaanlage angemacht hätte aber nicht, wenn sie direkt aufs Bett bläst.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt.
Man bekommt hier auch sehr gutes Essen.
Zum Strand gelangt man in 5 Gehminuten.
Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir werden wieder buchen.

Séjour agréable - bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel est situé dans une rue calme, à proximité de nombreux restaurants, à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et à environ 20 à 30 minutes de marche du centre-ville d’Alanya. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et à l’écoute. Le ménage est effectué quotidiennement et la présence d’un lave linge est un vrai plus. La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue.

Cons:

Le Wi-Fi ne capte pas toujours très bien. L’emplacement de la cuisine n’est pas très pratique et pourrait être mieux pensé.

Pros:

Превосходное место! Чистые просторные апартаменты с уютным балконом. В номере стиральная машина, это огромный плюс. Проживание было очень комфортным: в отеле предоставляют полотенца для пляжа, питьевую воду можно купить прямо на ресепшн, не надо тащить её из магазина.
Администратор Светлана очень отзывчивая и милая, помогала нам с любым вопросом.
Расположение прекрасное - недалеко от пляжа, на тихой спокойной улице.
Рекомендую это место на все 100%!
