Pros:

Отель соответствует заявленной категории 5 звезд. Красивый собственный парк. Номер был с видом на озеро. Понравился традиционный японский завтрак.

大人の休息時間を楽しめた
Pros:

趣のあるホテルで落ち着いていて良かった。大人のゆっくりした時間を過ごせた。お風呂は小さめだけど、混雑もなかったのでゆっくり入れて良かった。何よりもミストサウナがすっっごく良かった！よくあるミストサウナ(ミスト出てるのかどうか分からないただぬるいサウナ)とは違って、沢山ミストの水を浴びるサウナで、それを浴びるとスッキリしました。毎朝これを浴びれたらスッキリ目覚められて幸せなのになぁと思ってしまいました。

Cons:

ツインの部屋にベッドを入れて3人の滞在だったが、そのベッドがあまりに簡易的で病院のベッドみたいだね、、、とテンション下がる感じでした。
部屋は清潔で綺麗でしたが、窓の外側があまりにも汚かった。蜘蛛の巣がいっぱいくっついていて、窓を開けた時に大きな蜘蛛が部屋に入ってきて気持ち悪かった。

Hotel perfetto per escursioni ma anche per trascorrerci le giornate in perfetto relax se il tempo e brutto!
Pros:

Posizione bellissima e servizi ottimi. Personale gentilissimo. Onsen bello e comodo.

Moquette e arredi un po’ datati danno un’impressione iniziale non ottima

Lovely property but no vegetarian dinner option
Pros:

Beautiful location and views; outdoor onsen was lovely

Cons:

They were not able to accommodate vegetarian dinner. They made a vegetarian breakfast with an omelette though initially they offered us French fries/chips for breakfast!
There are almost no restaurants open after 5pm so we had difficulty finding dinner

Une instituon dans les environs
Pros:

Une institution a Hakone. Le bâtiment magnifique et le jardin est beau et doit être incroyable au printemps. La vue depuis l’observatoire est splendide.

On a apprécié le petit goûter à disposition des hôtes dans le hall de l’hôtel et la navette depuis le port.

Cons:

La chambre est très vétuste.
Ok pour une nuit.

La situation géographique des lieux est remarquable, la tranquillité et le confort sont au rendez-vous, quant à la navette de l'établissement elle est très appréciable.

Cons:

Hélas le tarif excessif de la restauration, que ce soit petit-déjeuner ou dîner. C'est pour cette raison que nous n'avons pas profité de ce service.

Pros:

２年ぶりぐらいに訪問させていただき、少し変わったな、よくなったなと思うことがありました。以前はお部屋に備えられていたアメニティが大浴場に置かれ、必要な場で必要なもの選んでを使う…というやり方になっていました。また、私は今回、夕食を和食、朝食を洋食で楽しみましたが、朝食がメインディッシュ以外はビュッフェスタイルになり、これもまた好きなものを好きなだけ各自取って食べられるようになっていました。諸事情によるものでしょうが、物にしても食べ物にしても廃棄物の削減ができるのではないかと好ましく思いました。ラウンジでのフリードリンクサービスがある(時間帯による)のも嬉しかったです！
館内の清潔さや過ごしやすさ、お食事が美味しいこと、温泉はもちろん！そしてスタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティの素晴らしさは変わらずで、私はますます山のホテルが大好きになりました。また何度でも伺いたいと思っています。
