Super hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Super emplacement au calme de l’effervescence de la Old Town, devant la rivière on voit les lanternes passer le soir c’est génial
Personnel adorable et très serviable
Le bar restaurant en bas est très pratique pour se rafraîchir rapidement au bord de la piscine en rentrant

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur si vous êtes chargés mais pas un problème pour nous

もっと長く滞在したかった

適度に小規模で、適度に中心部から離れているので、静かに快適に心地よく過ごすことができた　部屋は川に面してバルコニーがあり、行き交う船が旅情を誘う　中心部へも徒歩10分もかからないので、静かだが便利、という理想的な立地　スタッフは感じがよく、朝食もおいしかった

川に面しているが少し奥まった部屋だったので、眺望が少なかったのが残念

Great location! Fabulous hotel!
Pros:

Or room was lovely - clean and comfortable. The balcony view overlooking the river was beautiful. We were picked up from the hotel for our lantern boat cruise (arranged by the hotel) which was also fabulous. Great location - just a short walk to the spectacular Memories show (a must see!). Lovely breakfast, wonderful staff.

נחמד מאוד. במיוחד השירות של הצוות
Pros:

הצוות יוצא מן הכלל. כולם השתדלו לתת שירות מעל ומעבר. המלון נמצא על גדות נהר עם נוף מקסים וקרוב לשוק ולמרכז, קרוב רגלית להופעה "זכרונות הוי אן".

Cons:

אין חדר מקלחת מסודר ומקום להניח ציוד אישי. יש במלון רק מדרגות בלי מעלית. אין מיזוג אוויר בלובי.

Pros:

La piscine donne sur le fleuve et on peut y voir passer les lanternes le soir.
A 10 min a pied du centre ville (petit ravel au bord du fleuve)
Le personnel parle un anglais impeccable
La chambre est spacieuse et donne une vue magique sur le fleuve
Petit dejeuner a la carte (pas de buffet)

Ne rien changer. Coup de cœur absolu pour cet hôtel familial.
Les personnels adorables, la chambre impeccable, une piscine magnifique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, idéal pour des vacances relaxantes avec enfants ou sans enfants comme moi.
