On the river, can watch the lantern parade and walk to the markets. Pool was clean, breakfast every morning on the river was delightful. All staff were attentive and accommodating.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel - the river view was so charming especially in the evening time. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was perfect for us - just a short walk into the hub of everything but far enough away for a lovely quiet stay!

We loved walking out of our room straight onto to the pool and looking over the river on the sunbeds.
The breakfast was limited and constantly running out of things. It is a fair walk into the main area of Hoi An. The bed was too hard.
The hotel was good. Room was clean with adequate amenities. The riverview room was definitely a very good plus point. About 15 minutes walk to the Japenese and Lantern Bridges, especially great walk in the evening.
The staff seemed nice but not too willing to accommodate. There were only two other rooms booked when we went into check in, and yet, they handed us the room key only at 2:00pm and we were politely declined when we asked for an hour late check out. Seemed strange for an empty hotel really. Breakfast was meh at best, but adequate to be fair. Last but not the least, the hotel will try to sell you lantern boat tour (500K VND). The OFFICIAL boats (i think green jackets without the flashy LED lights) charge about 170K VND.
