Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well managed. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The river view was great at night with the lantern boats and fishermen during the day. We loved our stay.

Lovely people working at hotel, great location, good food, spacious room and would stay here again
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh, served either inside or outside. The fruit and the yoghurt was delicious. The location is great, it was so easy to walk into the night markets. Being able to borrow bikes was an added bonus too. The service was fantastic, so helpful, yet unassuming. The pool was lovely and the view from the sun loungers looking at the river was a treat. The hotel was spotless.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.

All round excellence
Pros:

Lovely spacious clean room overlooking the river. Great staff especially Water the receptionist and Loi the owner. Breakfast choice was huge and the hotel is in a great location- easy to walk to the crazy busy old town and there’s some lovely restaurants in the opposite direction that appreciate the business!

Relaxing, calming, very well priced. Amazing service, super friendly staff, very knowledgeable.
Pros:

The staff were rally lovely. They went over and above, very kind and friendly. The whole complex was very clean. Location is fantastic, close to everything except the beach, but we really enjoyed the calmness of the river.

Cons:

Our only issue was the bed was too hard for us but it wont stop us returning.

Nice place with pleasant rooms just along the river from the main action. Recommended.
Pros:

Great room and property for a good price. Location along the river was quiet and stress-free, whilst still being close to the action in the old town.

Cons:

Like a lot of smaller properties in Vietnam, they insist on cash for most expenses - even the room charge. This can make for difficulties if you're not expecting it.

Impossible d’aller au toilette après la douche à cause de l’eau
La vue du troisième étage (à notre demande) car ce n’est pas des barrières et il n’y a pas d’équipement sur la terrasse (ni chaise ni table)

Pros:

コスパ良いです！！
受付の方をはじめスタッフが親切でニコニコしてされてました。
朝食が美味しかったです。特に卵料理を選択できて作っていただけるので、うれしかったです。
またプールに入る際にもタオルを貸していただけました。
施設自体は小ぢんまりしていますが、その分とてものんびりと過ごせました。また行きたい！！

Cons:

最上階だったのですが、屋根が暖まっているので、なかなかクーラーが効かずに辟易しました。日が沈むと涼しくなりました。
