Property is dated !!! The hotel has a fantastic location but the staff have zero personality ( I never insult individuals ) but literally nooone smiles.

I had a dreadful experience at this hotel and strongly advise anyone against staying here.
I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 AM after an exhausting overnight flight. Because I needed to rest immediately, I had specifically booked and paid a full night in advance ($70 for just a 5-hour stay) so I could check in early.
After sleeping for barely 5 hours, I was abruptly woken up at 12:00 PM by a phone call from the front desk. A receptionist named Van—who was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional—demanded that I check out immediately. He claimed that the room I was given was a "Deluxe" room, while my second night’s reservation was for a lower category (Economy/Run of House). He insisted I either pay an outrageous upgrade fee of 50,000 AMD (which is actually more expensive than booking an entire night on Agoda!) or move out immediately.
This felt like a direct attempt at extortion and a complete scam. When I checked Agoda, the actual price difference between the two room types was literally $1, and the photos of the actual Deluxe room looked completely different from where I was staying!
When I refused to pay his ridiculous demand, Van told me I had to check out right away and wait in the lobby for 2 hours until 2:00 PM for the "new" room to be ready—completely ignoring the fact that I was exhausted and had already paid for a full extra night. After a heated argument over his disgraceful attitude, he suddenly claimed a room was ready. I packed my bags exhausted, only to be handed the key to the exact same room! It had the exact same layout, furniture, and size. They woke me up, ruined my rest, and stressed me out for absolutely nothing.
On top of all this disrespect and poor service, the Wi-Fi is terribly weak and practically impossible to work on.
This hotel is far from being a 4-star establishment—it barely deserves 2 stars. Van’s behavior was unacceptable, and the management should be ashamed of how guests are treated here. Avoid at all costs!

Убираются хорошо, отель в самом центре города
Каждую ночь протекал кондиционер и приходилось вызывать персонал для починки каждый вечер.
Локация спасает все))
В целом, нормально, но на 4 звезды слабо тянет
Номера подуставшие уже. Где-то дверь оаспухшая, мебель уже пошарпанная, полотенце только одно на человека. Утюг не всегда отыскать даже на этаже
Отель достаточно уставший, но с отличным расположением. Останавливались здесь на одну ночь, выбирали по географии и возможности проживания с животными. Персонал приветливый, в лобби есть пункт обмена валют. Завтраки не пробовали, но опция такая предлагается. Однако стоит вам выйти из отеля, и вы сможете найти на ул.Сарьяна кухню на любой вкус.

Приезжали на фестиваль вина и отель находится в самом эпицентре событий) выходишь и ты на винном фестивале!
Рядом большое количество уютных ресторанов, что тоже плюс.

Месторасположение , персонал хороший
Не работающий кондиционер ( приходилось открывать входную дверь и балкон чтоб не задохнуться, в дневное время спали с открытой входной дверью , ночью спать вообще не возможно , благо на второй день ночью был дождик ),окна очень греются ,так как солнечная сторона и ощущения как в бане;
Балкон без крыши на котором в дождь не посидишь , отсутствие розеток даже для чайника .чай сахар тоже отсутствовал( 1 пакетик на двоих)
