Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione non molto fornita. Purtroppo gli europei sono abituati a frutta e maggiore scelta. Ma comunque quello che c'era era di qualità e ben servito.

A decent transit hotel, very close to Kansai airport
Pros:

Location is good. 10 min from Kansai Airport and literally behind the Rinku premium outlet.

Cons:

The toilet. Wasn’t sound proof and the facilities are basic

Pros:

It was clean, decent, had everything needed and staff was attentive.

Cons:

The AC could only go down to 19°C. The ceiling AC was only blowing on one side facing the font door, so half of the room was warm on a hot summer of 30°C. It took awhile for us to sleep. The beds didn't feel premium or soft. They also don't respond via booking com.
