Worst experience ever . I booked the property. After reaching the chennai station I tried to reach the contact number provided to me . The phone was switched all the time due to which I had to search for another property …

DON'T STAY HERE
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

When I arrived, they said that because I do not have an Indian passport, I could not stay there. They knew that I was not an Indian citizen when I was booking, so why not let me know at that time.

I reached the hotel at 10:30pm, and to be told that I could not stay there at that time was very troublesome. I had to scramble and find another hotel, and found one around midnight.

So, if you are not an Indian citizen, don't book here.

pros: good breakfast.. clean rooms and good comfort..

Cons:

The lock in the room was stuck and did not open we had to wait outside for 20 min and later it was broken to get in the room.... and the parking is limited so you will have to submit your keys in the reception.. The night staff was also very rude to me.. And in addition to that the soap bottles were empty..
