The location was great.

The room was not well insulated, you could easily hear noise from the corridor.

Excellent location 5 min walk from Dotonbori, the king size room had a massive bed

Cons:

There was no view as the building was looking out to other buildings and had obscured glass and there was barely any natural light

A seamless stay where every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, leaving nothing to be desired.
Pros:

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Everything was clearly well thought out, making the stay genuinely enjoyable: the amenities, hair straightener that was already prepared in the room, 24-hour huge selection of refreshments and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The entire experience felt seamless from start to finish.
