Personal amable, buena ubicación y detalles gratuitos
Pros:

El personal muy respetuoso y te ayudaba con todo.
También había opción de tomar bebidas y algún snack gratis.
Buena ubicación si buscas ambiente más local. Tienes una estación de metro a unos 10min andando en el que está bien comunicado.

Great location, comfy beds, and sweet treats for the kids
Pros:

A new hotel, close to the market and the train station. At the reception, there's a fridge with mini ice creams for the kids, as well as cookies, soft drinks, and coffee always available for guests. They also offer a luggage delivery service, and the beds are extremely comfortable!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit limited and didn't really suit us, as the kids couldn't really find anything to eat. We got two connecting rooms which were a bit small, but that's typical for Japan

Pros:

Buena ubicación cercana a Dotombori. Habitaciones adecuadas y agradables. Snacks y bebidas libres en el lobby! (Excelente matcha latte). Esta cadena de hoteles tiene un servicio privado -pago- de transporte de equipaje entre sus sucursales en distintas ciudades.

Kaikin puolin positiivinen kokemus.
Pros:

Huone ja yleiset tilat siistit. Vaikka huone oli japanilaiseen tapaan pieni, se ei haitannut. Etuna oli, että alakerran oleskelutilassa pystyi lämmittämään ja syömään omia ruokia, nauttimaan hotellin tarjoamia snacksejä sekä kuumia ja kylmiä juomia. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista.

Cons:

Vaatteille olisi huoneessa toivonut enemmän ripustustilaa tai jotakin hyllytilaa.

Great location if you want to be close to Osaka’s lively scene!
Pros:

I really liked how close the hotel was to Dotonbori! I also really appreciated how accommodating the staff was. The lounge and free amenities were a HUGE plus! Would recommend for solo and group travelers. I also found the room to be clean!

Cons:

The room was a bit small even though we did have 3 separate beds.
