Pros:

The staff were great, welcoming and helpful in many ways. The breakfast was good. We asked for beach recommendation and everybody helped. It is not as closed to the beach, but it was close enough.

Cons:

The room was on the basement and it had high humidity. My wife could not sleep at all. They did add dehumidifiers to fix the humidity level. It was also a little bit smelly, I guess from humidity.
