Sehr sehr schlecht.
Pros:

Gar nichts.
Die personal Waren extrem unfreundlich und unzuvorkommend. Das hitler Zeichen im Büro von Manegerin. Ich habe fotografiert. Die haben mich gezwungen das Foto zu löschen.

Cons:

Personal und ihre Verhalten gegenüber den Gästen.
Diskriminiererung von den Gästen im Hotel.
Ich habe einige Bilder gemacht. Beim Bedarf schicke ich Ihnen.

Pros:

The water facilities were amazing especially for families with kids, water open water world and aqua park were fantastic, staff were so friendly and helpful, thanks to Vadik and Arsen

The only problem is the location that is far from city centre

The aqua park is good but the hotel need to remove mold in bathrooms and make the rooms cleaner and more comfortable!
Pros:

Удобное расположение рядом с аквапарком и собственный бассейн и сауна в отеле

Cons:

Плесень в ванной комнате - это небезопасно и отель обязан что-то с этим делать.
Часть розеток не работают.
Нет подставки для сушки купальников и полотенец. Обратились на ресепшен, там нет тоже. Полотенца и халаты очень старые. Стены грязные в номере.

Pros:

We liked slides, two-storey room, bed clothes and staff's kindness

Cons:

As for slides, we had to pay for them above the ticket cost that was very strange. Moreover, the clearness of the cafeterias didn't met our expectations

Pros:

Отдыхали в этом отеле вчетвером. Остановились в номере с двумя спальнями и гостиной на втором этаже. Было очень комфортно, тихо. В проживание входит все Аква развлечения - закрытый бассейн с банным комплексом и открытый аквапарк.
Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый - все подсказывали и помогали, если что-то не понятно. По просьбе, без проблем меняли полотенца и все необходимое.
Завтрак в целом пойдёт, чтобы подкрепиться.
Есть усталость сантехники и в целом по ремонту номеров и зданий. Но нам все понравилось все равно.

Cons:

В аквапарке платные ватрушки, для катания с горок. Это было странно.

The rooms were excellent, and the thing I liked most was the massage. It was reasonably priced and performed by a professional staff member. Also, the woman who works there kindly gave us the room one hour before the official check-in time

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. The salad was not fresh, and the variety of food was very poor. The staff at the hotel’s pool area were also not professional. Every half hour, they would close the sauna or shut down the jacuzzi, which was very inconvenien
