Important information:

Please note that maintenance work of the water park, Infinity pool, and Jjimjilbang (Korean Sauna) will be carried out from March 4, 2026 to March 20, 2026.

Only the indoor water park will be open on March 21, 2026 to April 30, 2026.

Both Indoor and outdoor facilities are open on May 1, 2026 to October 11, 2026.

The facilities are open 10:00 to 07:00.

Please note that the Canopy Facility Improvement work will be carried out from September 1st to December 31st, 2026. From 09:00 to 18:00, some rooms may be affected by noise.

Please note that additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy will incur an additional charge of KRW 10,000 per person.

Towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge as follows:
Face towel: 1,000 KRW per towel

The water park is open daily from 10:00 to 19:00.

Pros:

바다를 바라보는 전망이 좋았어요... 시설 또한 청결하여 만족스러웠습니다.

Cons:

원하는 객실로의 무료 변경이 결국 진행되지 않았습니다. 사전 전화로 이 부분을 확인하였으나, 현장 데스크에는 전달되지 않았고
추가 확인을 요청한 직원의 대응이 너무 느렸습니다. 결국 포기하고 말았습니다.
리조트 주위로 바다를 조망하면 걷는 데크 길이 막혀 있어 아쉬워 했습니다. 사전 공지가 있었다면 좋을 뻔 하였습니다.

Didn't get to enjoy the hotel much because all the amenities were closed.
Pros:

The location is great and the beds are comfy.

Cons:

The swimming pool and walking areas were all closed for our entire stay so I'm not sure what exactly we paid for by staying here because we had to keep walking to Sokcho beach instead of enjoying our time at the hotel.

Ontgoochelend en zijn prijs niet waard.
Pros:

De locatie en het zicht. Onze kamer was ook heel groot, kitchenette en frigo en twee badkamers. Het gebouw was recent en in goede staat. Deze regio is nog niet veel buitenlandse toeristen gewoon, dus veel engels wordt hier nog niet gesproken maar de dame aan de concierge balie sprak gelukkig goed engels en was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij het aanvragen van een taxi naar seoul. Verder is er een koffiezaak en zelfs een 7/11 in het hotel zelf.

Cons:

Waar te beginnen: op Booking staat dit als een hotel met zwembad en aquapark. Maar het zwembad is onderhavig aan een resem regeltjes waaronder het kopen van zwemschoentjes, en betalende ligbedden aan het zwembad (nog nooit meegemaakt dat hotelgasten moeten betalen voor een ligbed aan het zwembad van hun eigen hotel!?!) en ook het aquapark, dat ons motiveerde om hier te boeken, is betalend (40€ pp wat exteem duur is gezien het beperkte formaat). Bovendien was onze kamer meer dan 450€/pn, dus je zou toch verwachten dat deze zaken inbegrepen zouden zijn. En tot slot, hadden de kinderen weliswaar een eigen kamer en badkamer, maar hun bedden waren gewoon twee matrassen op de grond in een verder lege kamer. Geen nachtkasjes zelfs…

Not for us - you had to pay for every little thing
Cons:

Everything cost more, felt cheated that you had to pay for any addition. We asked for an extra pillow and were told we would need to pay. Water park was very pricey and only had 3 slides. We were really disappointed, the cost pf the room was expensive to have to pay for everything addition felt wrong!
