A very helpful manager sorted TV out.
Pros:

My TV was not working, so I had to inform reception. The manager sorted it out as the TV needed to be switched on. I was extremely grateful to him for this.

clean but very run down.
Pros:

it was clean, the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfy enough.

Cons:

it was a very sad and run down building. the room didn’t have bedside tables, the leather chair was peeling BADLY and the tele remote didn’t work. lifts and corridors felt like the backrooms, upon arrival we ware greeted by an unsavoury character at the bar, the building looks like old offices, even comes with a a job centre. it doesn’t seam like there’s any kind of security, potentially anyone could walk in, so definitely lock ur doors. x
