Very bad hotel, but it is cheap which maybe makes it value for money.
Pros:

This was the first hotel I saw in my life where there was no hotel-grade bed and mattress. The mattress was a broken cheap material which should be discarded instead of being offered to guests. Reception staff were not friendly and did not observe the common courtesy. They look at the passengers as they enter the so called hotel, but did not smile did not say anything.

Cons:

Staff were quite unfriendly. Beds are broken and should be discarded immediately. I found some stains in the kettle inside the room, so I did not dare to touch the kettle and glass over the four days that I was there. There was no spoon in the room.

For the money worth it, we just enjoyed the view and the location
Pros:

The room was comfortable just the bed was too low, but the location was good. The viewing was alright. What’s the money?

Cons:

The furniture too old the wardrobe need to be changed and the TV stand they look too old in the property.

It was dreadful and quite terrifying.
Pros:

It was clean enough with decent parking.

Cons:

Staff gave a key to our room to a stranger in the middle of the night, I had to go down and get my key reinstated for the room at around 3 am. The night staff were pretty indifferent to the issue (i will note here that it is 2 women travelling together).
If the guests that had gotten the key to our room hadn’t been the nice sort I dread to think what could have happened.

When I went to reception in the morning there was no management on site. Safe to say I cancelled the remaining nights and went elsewhere. Management called me at around 4pm to discuss the issue and offer a full refund. By this point I had already raised it with Booking.com.


The mattresses were so bad you could play a tune on the springs by moving different body parts.

Highly recommend for quality and service
Pros:

Unassuming but high quality. Food excellent, bar priced well. Thick new carpet in room. Great views across the city. Highly recommend.
