Выезжала рано утром, на завтрак не успела, деньги за него не вернули и не собрали завтрак с собой…

Pros:

Hotel is very easy to find, close to Taksim metro station. Close to direct bus to sabhia aeroport. Réception is 24/24 very good if you dont know exacly when you will arrive. The room was small but ok, internet work very well, everythink was clean. The staff are very helpfull. The price was quite good. Around hotel there are lot of shops, restaurant.

Cons:

Our room was underfloor, so we didn t have a window with natural light.

Budget residence near taksim square
Pros:

The location of the residence is very good if you want to stay near taksim square. The wifi was fine. The staff are polite and one of them which i assume is the owner invited me to taste the turkish honey and cream while having her breakfast which was kind and really appreciated.

Cons:

The residence does not have an elevator and a lobby. The reception is in another hotel facing the residence. Although they provide daily cleaning, more attention to details is required. The room has no sound insulation and needs maintenance. It was also frustrating to me that the receptionist wanted to check the room before proceeding with my checkout which i felt weird as i travel quite frequently to hotels around the world and this is the first time it happens with me including in istanbul.

Very comfortable stay, good sleep and location, and staff was so kind and helpful
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. Room could use more items (1 more toilet roll, one more water bottle, and one spoon for coffee mixing)

Cons:

My room was great. But there was a night with heavy rain and the bathroom ceiling was leaking water droplets.

Good location
Pros:

The hotel was very cozy, and the location was perfect. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff—they were incredibly hospitable and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mr. Zayed, who was very attentive and polite throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed, and I will definitely be coming back again!

There is no elevator.
