La posizione dell’hotel rispetto alle spiagge
La gentilezza del personale

Cons:

La prima stanza molto rumorosa per i motori dei vari servizi ( ascensore, condizionatori, etcc), poi cambiata
La manutenzione ordinaria abbastanza trascurata, soprattutto in piscina
Palestra squallidina e non pulita, senza asciugamani, acqua, tappetini

Pros:

The resort is grand and the swimming pools are amazing. The breakfast was lovely as well with a fresh and diverse menu.

Cons:

The resort is located in an area where there are no shops or eateries around. The resort runs a shuttle service to the beach and commercial area nearby but they run only a few times a day. You have to rely on a taxi or rent a scooter to move about.

Amazing stay! Would return tomorrow if I could :)
Pros:

The staff are all so friendly and the view from the balcony was amazing!! We also had noisy neighbours at one point playing loud music at 5am which woke me up, immediately, reception sent security up to ask them to turn it down! The rooms are so clean and it’s so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the main uluwatu strip. The service at this hotel is second to none and I’d return in a heartbeat :)

Cons:

The pool was a bit dirty around the edges and I didn’t fancy going in it but that’s the only thing! 😄

Couldn’t sleep due to smell and mosquitoes
Pros:

Some of the staff were polite

Cons:

Was not clean, staff left doors open on balcony room few times then never took the situation seriously and all the time so waking up with 20 bites I wouldn’t recommend
