I am the head of school events for a kindergarten and daycare in the Puri Gading area of ​​Jimbaran. We held our annual graduation ceremony and culminating activity at this hotel. The hotel's hospitality is truly exceptional, with its family-like vibe. The chemistry between the school and the hotel management, which served as the venue for our event, was incredible. A big thumbs up to Ms. Cut Rossy and her team (Ms. Ayu, Reygina, and the kitchen, banquette, engineering, etc.). It was excellent services!!!!

A pleasant stay with a friendly team!
Pros:

The Swiss-Belresort Pecatu is easy to reach by rental car and offers convenient parking right on-site. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm and friendly reception — the front desk staff were competent, very flexible, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The resort was clean throughout, and the service staff were consistently friendly and attentive.

Our room was clean, functional, and in good condition, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night's sleep. The view over the golf course was a lovely bonus!

On the downside, the room service food arrived lukewarm rather than warm, which was a bit disappointing. We also found the breakfast buffet to be rather limited compared to what we'd expected.

Despite these minor points, we had a genuinely good time and would recommend the Swiss-Belresort Pecatu to others.
