Clean, comfortable and good distance from Eurostar station.
Pros:

It was a good clean room and the staff were friendly with the option for breakfast in house.

Cons:

The bathroom was ok but a couple of things needed fixing.

Location - close to both rail stations.
Clean and functional

Cons:

The toilet lid wouldn't stay up on its own - was resting against your back.
The bathroom was compact, and a challenge for tall people, especially when combined with the weird toilet lid.
Was very noisy as had to leave the fan on all night as was so hot (not the fault of the hotel, obviously!

For the price, I would expect a more comfortable and better equiped room.
Pros:

Location close to Gare du Nord is practical. Easy to reach on foot (< 5 mins walk). Despite a busy road just below the hotel, the room was quiet once the windows were closed.

Cons:

Decor is very dated. Only one electrical socket in the room, nowhere near the table. Not practical for charging laptop or other electronic devices. The room was too warm as I had to close the windows so as not to be disturbed by the noise from the street. There is no air conditioning.

goede ligging en redelijk comfortabele kamer voor 1 persoon. Netjes.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk onthaald, ook de nachtwaker was heel vriendelijk.
Wel jammer dat er bij mijn aankomst om 12u niemand aanwezig was, ik kon niet binnen in het hotel, de deur was nog gesloten. Een uur later, na lunch lukte het dan wel en kreeg ik reeds de kamer en kon ik mijn bagage achterlaten en me opfrissen.

Bij vertrek, op zondagochtend 13/9 kon ik mijn bagage nog een hele dag in bewaring geven.

Hotel heel dicht bij de 2 grote stations en metro.

Cons:

In de avond veel lawaai van de buur, teevee stond zeer luid en was aan de muur bevestigd achter mijn bed.
Geen ontbijt genomen.

Bij afhalen wel een onvriendelijke receptionist die me nauwelijks bekeek, aansprak of hielp. Ook geen 'au revoir meer' na mijn vriendelijke, tot 2x toe 'merci'.

Dicht bij Gare du Nord en goede uitval voor bezoeken Parijs

Zeer kleine kamer. Erg lawaai van overkant hotel waardoor raam niet open kon. Lawaai tot 01.00 uur. Wisselend personeel, soms aardig, maar ook oudere medewerkers waar alles teveel was. Kortom zeer matig ally

Simple but good accommodation
Pros:

Simple but sufficient hotel in great location. Clean room, small but efficient, noisy area but nearly sound proof windows. Simple tasty breakfast. Vélib bike hire dock on the doorstep - all big amenities within 4 miles reach.

Cons:

My matrass was a bit too tough to my liking - same with pillows (too stiff).
