Bel Hôtel en bord de mer
Pros:

Hôtel très sympa, à proximité de la plage (10'à pieds). Personnel vraiment aux petits soins. Petit déj. copieux et varié. Chambre agréable et lumineuse. L'accueil et le service sont très attentionnés avec un personnel toujours prêt à engager une conversation agréable et à donner des conseils de visite. Vraiment top !!
Ne manquez pas le restau "La sqala" ....!!! près de la Mosquée qui est par ailleurs superbe à visiter.

Cons:

Équipement cuisine dans la chambre très minimaliste mais ça se résout facilement.
L'éloignement de l'hôtel qui rend les parcours un peu complexes. Les taxis rouges rechignent à vous prendre, voire refusent. La solution : les applis (pourtant non autorisées au Maroc, parait il ) mais ça marche parfaitement...et bien moins chères que les taxis officiels.
Piscine un peu bof. Très bruyante à cause de la résonance causée par sa position entre deux corps de bâtiments mais propre et bien entretenue
La propreté de la plage : Plastiques, mégots,canettes vides...quel dommage.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed en ook personeel van de restaurant was zeer behulpzaam!! Ook nette hotel en de locatie is ook goed

Cons:

Jammer dat wij een kamer hadden bij de begane grond van de hotel wat veel lawaai en geluid overlast met zich bracht en daarbij beloofde de personeel een andere kamer maar helaas kwamen ze hun woorden niet na!!

Room service de petit déjeuner payant 150,00 dhs par personne {le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix plus Rome Services 150 dirhams par pardonne }c’est pas rraisonnable

Pros:

The location , the spacious rooms

Cons:

There is no washing machines in the room , the laundry option was quit weird 100 MAD per round and it’s a 5kg washing machine so in my case I needed around 5-6 times

- Le cadre calme et apaisant
- Le personnel sympa et serviable
- L’agencement de la suite qui donne directement sur la piscine où on pouvait surveiller les enfants

Cons:

- Présence des fourmis dans le sol de toute la suite
- Absence des produits d’accueil (toilettes), y avait que : une petite savonnette, une boite de coton tige, 2 rlx papier wc et un sachet gel de douche/shampooing! Pour un hôtel 4* il faut au moins avoir : kit dentaire, bonnet de douche….
- Absence de séche-cheveux! Du jamais vu pour un hôtel 4* et encore plus une suite
- Les 2 TVs (salon et chambre à coucher) ne marchent pas
- La porte de la salle de bain du master room en forme de porte à claire-voie : 0 intimité

6 minutes walk from a family beach. The pool was clean and not busy at all which made it very relaxing. The room itself was beautiful and clean.

OK Family hotel / not so much for singles.
Pros:

The room 312 we had was amazing.

Cons:

The service and in particular the people could improve. Sometimes really not friendly. Breakfast could be much better.
