Friendly and perfect location
Pros:

The location, very walkable to shanklin, there is parking too, the room was good,the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee and kettle was appreciated, I love the breakfast and the outdoor seating area, a piano man played at the weekends, the owners were so lovely.

The shower was very weak

Pros:

Very comfortable and nice Seaview location the beach is only five or 10 minutes away depending how fast you walk. breakfast was excellent and the staff cannot do enough for you very impressed.

If we had a bigger room-the rating would be higher the breakfasts d location is amazing. ,

Cons:

Room size was way to small, the door just about opened up next to the bed and sink. No way could a person with mobility issues get in. The room we had would be an idle single room.

Location was great
Public areas were well furnished

Cons:

Shower curtain kept falling down (not fit for purpose)
No soap in dispenser in bathroom (even after asking for it to be refilled)
Water pressure in shower was dreadful (but sink pressure squirted across the room, soaking our clothes)
Rooms were just tired and could do with updating
