Cons:

A limpeza dos ambientes é precária, a mobília do quarto deteriorada, banheiro sujo. O chão tão pegajoso que não se podia nem ficar descalço no quarto.

A limpeza deixou a desejar, parecia que fazia muito tempo que não era limpo. Roupa de cama manchada, cafeteira com resto de cápsula de café, piso muito sujo .

limpeza dos lençois e toalhas - estava bem ruim com manchas e cheiro ruim! e a escada estava com um cheiro de lixo horroroso
