Location was great. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Generally felt like the property was not maintained well. Rooms were not throughly cleaned. Bathroom still had soap in the tub from previous guest. Hallways had lots of small pieces of debris everywhere. Needed to be vacuumed. Covid is over rooms need to be serviced daily with beds made and towels replaced. Paid a premium price to stay at a Hilton property. Expect premium service. Not a fan of picking up towels at the front desk daily.

Good location easy to get in and out of . Lots of things in walking distance of the property.
Was on the 3rd floor heard whoever was above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.
The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible.
The bagels were not fresh and very limited variety. Oatmeal had no taste. The omelette had pieces of ham in it and the hotel did not offer a plain omelette instead. No consideration for people who keep kosher. Even the hard boiled eggs tasted terrible.
The mattresses are terrible. Very soft and uncomfortable.
The hotel was clean and efficient, and pet friendly. Staff was mostly friendly, Justice was the man. Problems were resolved without hesitation. Breakfast was... a free hotel breakfast, but the coffee was good and 24/7. I'd stay again.

Room was excellent and so clean and homey.
Breakfast was beyond expectations and the lady running the breakfast kept it clean and filled.
Will stay at Tru Hiltons again this was our first time staying at one.
The front desk woman was so lovely and helpful with everything we needed. Rooms were tidy and quiet. Great location.

The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The pillows were so flat it barely counted as a pillow. I usually bring my own but forgot it for this stay.
