By 8:34am there was barely any breakfast left… and their was a child drink the syrup directly from the bottle

The breakfast was okay. The pancake machine wasn’t it. They should of had a waffle maker which would of been better
The pool wasn’t clean at all. The pump wasn’t working at all. It should have been cleaned where the kids could enjoy there selves but we couldn’t get in at all.

The convenience of the location. I like the style of the hotel chajn. The staff at the counter were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The staff taking care of the breakfast were attentive to asking for stuff and keeping things well stocked and cleaning up promptly
The upkeep is much needed. The housekeeping lacks vacuuming the common areas. Wiping down in the common areas. The shower head was old and horrible. The shower door seal was broken and water everywhere. Mold in the shower. Stains on the wall paper in bathroom. Hair dryer didn’t work and was dirty. Staff did bring another working one up but was also very dirty. Floors were sticky in hotel room. Wiped up water in bathroom and towel was black.
Close to outlets and restaurants
Stayed here for one night to be able to get up and walk to Dutch Wonderland before changing to a different hotel. The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay for a free hotel breakfast but that’s where it ends. The hotel itself, other than the lobby, is so dingy and dirty. Clearly Hilton put their money into making the lobby look modern but the hallways and rooms are dirty and dingy. The hallways had dirt and crumbs all over and smelled so musty to the point where I had to put my shirt over my nose because the smell was so gross. The walls and doorways were dented and scuffed and the walls inside the rooms were so dirty. The soap and cream dispensers on the walls were so poorly installed. Paint and vacuuming are simple things that would go a long way to improve the hotel. We couldn’t wait to leave the next day.
