Cons:

Los enchufes que están en la cabecera de la cama, ya que se accionaban por error durante la noche iluminando toda la habitación.

Only that the swimming pool is not heated at all so very cold in early season.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience in visiting Palma enhanced by making Es Princep our hotel location.
Pros:

The Breakfast was very good both as to quality & quantity, the staff were both efficient & friendly. Also those working on the reception desk were friendly and helpful particularly when we were organising trips to Port Soller and cycling from Parma.

Cons:

We had trouble with the coffee maker and despite several attempts ro put this right it never worked consistently for us. So after 2 days we accepted that we not going to get it working and stopped involving the hotel in correcting it. This was a disappointing outcome!

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Bett sehr gut. Sauber, freundlich.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist nicht optimal platziert. Das Zimmer für den Preis zu klein. Schlechtes Preis-leistungsverhältnis.

localização excelente, ótimas instalações no térreo e no terraço. café da manhã muito bom e staff bastante amigável. o serviço de manobrista apesar de cobrado a parte foi muito bom, e puderam guardar as malas no dia do check-out para aproveitarmos o passeio no último dia.

Cons:

o ar condicionado não estava funcionando muito bem, e apesar das tentativas da equipe de solucionar o problema ele não ficou 100%. como a hospedagem era só de 2 dias, não seguimos na troca de quarto oferecida por eles, mas foram bastante solícitos ao tentar resolver

Best terrace in town!!
Pros:

Amazing rooftop where to enjoy either a quick drink or food. Every member of the staff were super happy and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
