청결하고 조용했다. 그리고 루프탑 바 전망이 멌있었다. 거기 웨이터 Jose 가 정말 친절했음

Cons:

카운터 직원과 의사 소통이 잘 안 되는 것 같음. 예를 들어 룸써비스를 한 명분만 주문을 했고 그 카운터 직원도 그렇게 이해를 하고 키친에 이야기를 했지만 두 명분을 요금을 부과함. 대화를 통해 해결됨

Nice small hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff are exceptional. Some of the best people on the island. The rooms, particularly upgraded ones, are nice clean and spacious.

Cons:

It’s a little small maybe compared to other five stars across the island. More of a boutique feel.

Wonderful experience - can’t wait to go back
Pros:

The staff were super, so friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and our room, 401, was so quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and it was always beautifully displayed. The location of the hotel was great too. Fabulous views over the sea, on the edge of the old town. Really easy to walk everywhere. The pool terrace was chilled and again, you were well looked after. Plenty of towels, great ambiance. The terrace restaurant is stunning as the sun goes down and the food was very nice. The hotel provides straw hats, a basket, towels for beach use. Plenty of toiletries too. You have everything you need. We will definitely go back as soon as we can.

Cons:

A plinth around the base of the shower would be helpful to avoid shower spray over the floor. That said, Housekeeping were amazing and kept everything clean and tidy.

The hotel was luxurious and the staff were first class. Location could not have been better. Would definitely return!
Pros:

The location is great. Within walking distance to the beach and cathedral.

Cons:

There could be clearer explanations as to what is complimentary and also how the service operates. There was no indication that there was an evening service as well as morning.

Truly 5 star
Pros:

Service was exceptional. Not my first time at the hotel and welcomed back by name. Kindly gave me a room upgrade . The Rooftop dining, sunbathing, swimming pool experience was the best. Most of all though the people were astounding - thank you Sergio and Nes in particular.

Pros:

Our stay at Es Princep was excellent.
The front desk staff were outstanding and couldn’t do more to help make our stay memorable.Flora is such an asset in the dining area and her ability to relate to people is exceptional.
We were also very impressed by the staff on the rooftop.

Pros:

Me and my girlfriend went to Mallorca for a wedding. We chose Es Princep off a list of recommended hotels and it was the best decision we ever made! From the food to the service to the room and amenities everything was perfect. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Also Mallorca is an amazing island with so much to offer I will definitely be back again and when I do come back there is no other place I would rather stay than Es Princep hotel.

Best hotel in Palma
Pros:

Beautiful experience, wonderful staff particularly Sergio, Flora, Catarina and Yuri. Good check in and out. Comfortable rooms. Delicious food, my favourite hotel in Palma by far.
