What an absolutely magical evening! ✨🌙
We visited the rooftop tonight to experience the solar eclipse, and it was truly unforgettable. Everything was so beautifully organized from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting us with a special welcome drink for the eclipse and making us feel so looked after throughout the evening.
The meal was absolutely amazing, and sharing such a special moment — watching the eclipse together with everyone on the rooftop — made the whole experience even more memorable. There was such a wonderful atmosphere, and you could really feel how much thought and care had gone into making the evening special.
A huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness, hospitality, and for creating such a beautiful experience for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Es Princep felt like our home away from home. All the staff knew our names, were so proficient at their jobs and that level of personal service differentiated this hotel from so many other luxury hotels. The beds were soo comfy and breakfasts fabulous!

We recently stayed 3 nights at Es Princep and enjoyed our stay .. the room was a good size and a comfy bed. The staff were extremely helpful whether on the reception desk or serving drinks at the rooftop bar . Breakfast was excellent with a good array of foods on offer. The rooftop area offers great views over the coastline of palma majorca and well worth a visit . We did find the pool to be very small ( probably 1metre wide by 4 metres perhaps so not a lot of room for everyone to enjoy plus it was extremely warm almost like a bath which was a little disappointing especially since we were staying in the midst of a heat wave and i also did choose this hotel as it offered a pool but thats how it is ) It is a little walk, about 10-15 minutes to the main street of palma, but lots of gorgeous little streets to explore on the way or you can take a taxi which we did a few times due to the heat. Great hotel thou and well worth a stay
Excellent hotel with a fabulous rooftop bar / restaurant / pool area. The hotel is well located approx. 10 minute walk from the centre of Palma. Staff were extremely helpful. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Incredible staff, amazing hotel, the service was above and beyond!! The location is excellent and the facilities are worthwhile.
Fantastiska faciliteter, fina rum och bra frukost, men framförallt var takterrassen riktigt bra! Även läget är bra nära gamla stan men ändå med utsikt över havet
Lite ojämn service. Personalen i reception var fantastiska, likaså chefen för restaurangen på taket. Dock var servicen bitvis lite långsam, för få personal för mängden gäster på eftermiddagen vid poolen. Det enda andra förbättringsområdet gäller poolen, som ör mer äv en plunge pool, på eftermiddagen var den mjölkig förmodligen av för mycket badande i kombination med mycket solkräm, men ett hotell av den här kalibern borde ha ett reningsverk som håller poolen fräsch även i de situationerna.

This is a wonderful hotel. Staff are very friendly, genuinely so and can’t do enough to help. Rooms very comfortable, air conditioning is the perfect temperature and quiet. No need to mess with it in the middle of the night, which is often my experience. Lovely choice at breakfast with some local produce. Location is excellent, in the old town, a few minutes walk from the cathedral but also over the road from the beach. Loved the roof top bar too. Great view over the town. Would love come back!

Es Princep is one of those hotels that you think about long after you’ve returned home. We stayed for 4nights while we attended our friends wedding and it’s remained on our mind ever since!
The standout feature for us was the rooftop. Rather than feeling like a typical hotel pool, it has a much more relaxed, boutique atmosphere. We found ourselves spending hours there, enjoying some of the best cocktails we’d had in Mallorca while taking in the incredible views over Palma and the sea. It became our favourite place to unwind after a day exploring Palma.
We also made good use of the spa, which was excellent. It was peaceful, beautifully designed and the perfect place to relax. Throughout the hotel everything was immaculately clean and exceptionally well maintained, adding to the overall feeling of quality.
We ate in the hotel twice during our stay, and both meals were outstanding. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavour and among the best we had in Palma. Even with so many fantastic restaurants nearby, we were more than happy to return for a second meal.
The location couldn’t have suited us better. You can step straight into Palma’s beautiful old town and spend hours wandering its charming streets, discovering independent shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. We loved that almost everything was within walking distance, including the cathedral, the marina and a lovely beach just a few minutes away.
Es Princep strikes the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation. With its incredible rooftop, exceptional food, fantastic spa, spotless surroundings and unbeatable location, it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.
We’ll definitely be back.
Es Princep is a gem in the heart of Palma. The staff and service is first class. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Really good value for the money. It was a bit of a walk to the center of Palma but other then that we had a great stay!!!
Amazing service, great location easy to access and to visit Palma, with parking , and great rooftop with a view. Staff very friendly, detail oriented and helpful. I would highly recommend.
