Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and amenities. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Great hotel and staff, fab location.
Pros:

Staff were super helpful and location was superb

Cons:

Air con wasn’t the best in our room and we were above the garage and bins got emptied early hours every morning which was extremely noisy

Outstanding Service and Comfort
Pros:

Everything! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are wonderful—they really go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everyone was so friendly, and the hotel was very well run.

Cons:

We were not keen on the open bathroom concept but regardless of this the rooms were tastefully decorated and well maintained.

Det mesta! Bra frukost, vänlig personal, lugnt läge men kort promenad till Gamla stan, fina rum, fin roof top

Cons:

Saknade vägg mellan badrum och sovrum för privacy, roof top food kunde varit bättre till det priset

Just what I wanted and more for a relaxing 3 day break
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, location was excellent, the spa facilities and the roof top pool provided the opportunity to relax that I had wanted. I will certainly be returning to the hotel.

Cons:

Although breakfast was excellent and the seperate Michelin star restaurant Zaranda was exceptional the roof top food was only average.....however this was compensated for by the stunning views and friendly service.

Cons:

I would have preferred Gluten free bread and rolls to be available at breakfast rather than having to ask for these options. Otherwise breakfast was exceptional

El hotel es precioso, muy bien ubicado y muy acogedor . Aun así lo mejor del hotel es el servicio. Todos superatentos, tanto en recepción, como en el desayuno y habitaciones. En especial queremos agradecerle a Sebastian sus gestiones i su amabilidad
