Fabulous staff great hotel . You need to try it .
Pros:

The staff on reception were amazing. This hotel is exceptional due to the staff. Location great linen fantastic.

The room was a bit basic but everything else made up for it.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent central location but off the main busy areas and in a very quiet location.
The staff are fantastic and very attentive and make the stay most enjoyable.
We had breakfast included and it was very good as well. The hotel restaurant is also excellent.
We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Chania.

Une très belle adresse pour une parenthèse reposante.
Pros:

L’accueil était d’une grande qualité, avec une équipe mobilisée pour rentre notre séjour agréable. La chambre était belle et confortable, l’emplacement était sympathique au cœur de Chania et à proximité de beaucoup de cafés et restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. Le restaurant (le soir, en supplément) est également très bon [mais la carte n’est pas forcément adapté pour les enfants].

Cons:

Nous étions dans l’autre bâtiment donc n’avons pas profité du cadre magnifique (c’était écrit, pas de surprise). Notre chambre donnait sur la rue donc nous avons un peu subi l’ambiance des bars voisins.

何よりスタッフのおもてなしの気持ちが伝わってくる振る舞いが最高でした。お部屋はモダンで素敵でした。特にレストランスタッフはとても親日家で楽しく会話させて頂き私達も嬉しかったです。

日本人にはバスタブ無しはマイナスですがルーフトップにジャグージーがあり毎朝楽しめました。

A gorgeous property in the heart of Chania
Pros:

Gorgeous room, very helpful staff, extremely comfortable stay. Located in the heart of the old town but on a very quiet street. My friends used the spa services and enjoyed them very much. We weren't able to fit in our pool time unfortunately but it's a great amenity.

Veldig trivelig bemanning, og stilig hotell med god atmosfære.
Pros:

Veldig bra frokost, som vi kjøpte utenom. Vi fikk ha rommet litt lengere ved utsjekk, det var også fint.

Cons:

Det var veldig kaldt vann i spa-badet, og ingen steder å varme seg etterpå. Det ble derfor en kald fornøyelse.
