Beautiful oasis in a beautiful old town
Pros:

Beautiful building, very helpful staff - loved the spa on the roof. The indoor small pool is so lovely and the massage I booked was amazing. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Our sun umbrella on the roof terrace was broken, but breakfast was taken off our bill to compensate - which was a lovely surprise.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Chania old town
Pros:

Magical property in the heart of Chania old town. Exceptionally clean and modern with stylish decor. Staff were extremely helpful, personable and attentive

Cons:

For the price, would have expected an onsite gym and full sized pool.

Pros:

Un hôtel raffiné au cœur de la ville de Chania dans une rue très calme. De très belles prestations dans les chambres et un personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel dans un cadre idyllique.

Cons:

Les toilettes dans la salle de bain.

I loved every minute of Chania, the location and comfort of this hotel was a big part of why
Pros:

Truly excellent.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, both before and during our stay.

The pool downstairs was able to be booked for a private swim at no extra charge, which was very nice despite also having the hot-tub on the roof.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of Chania old town.

Cons:

The only real downside was the parasol on the roof couldn't be moved, and so we were unable to make good use of the sun-loungers. I like to spend time reading in the shade too, and that was difficult without adequate shade.
