Pros:

何よりスタッフのおもてなしの気持ちが伝わってくる振る舞いが最高でした。お部屋はモダンで素敵でした。特にレストランスタッフはとても親日家で楽しく会話させて頂き私達も嬉しかったです。

Cons:

日本人にはバスタブ無しはマイナスですがルーフトップにジャグージーがあり毎朝楽しめました。

A gorgeous property in the heart of Chania
Pros:

Gorgeous room, very helpful staff, extremely comfortable stay. Located in the heart of the old town but on a very quiet street. My friends used the spa services and enjoyed them very much. We weren't able to fit in our pool time unfortunately but it's a great amenity.

Veldig trivelig bemanning, og stilig hotell med god atmosfære.
Pros:

Veldig bra frokost, som vi kjøpte utenom. Vi fikk ha rommet litt lengere ved utsjekk, det var også fint.

Cons:

Det var veldig kaldt vann i spa-badet, og ingen steder å varme seg etterpå. Det ble derfor en kald fornøyelse.

Great room with some improvements
Pros:

Nice and large room with terrace and yakuzi.

Cons:

Yakuzi could have been a bit more private. Bad sound proof from the hallway to the room.

Pros:

Hotel was in a amazing location and staff were very nice. Hotel was new and rooms were very clean.

Cons:

Building was going on in the morning which was very load. The aircon also is extremely loud i couldn’t sleep with it on. I requested an early check in which they couldn’t garuntee which is understandable but said they would make the room a priority and call me when it was ready but I never recieved the phone call at all. The pool in the spa was also dirty you couldn’t go in.

Great central hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel - amazing location you can walk everywhere in 5 mins, lovely rooftop terrace for penthouse rooms, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

We had some rain which was pretty loud on the terrace entrance given it is in the roof of the bedroom. As this was overnight it was quite disruptive which we think is a a design fault

Wonderful stay for my husbands 60th birthday
Pros:

Excellent location, just a short walk from the harbour. Comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were well looked after.

Will definitely come back!
Pros:

Such a gorgeous hotel, beautifully designed!! The honeymoon suite was absolutely stunning with modern touches. Being in the hot tub during sunset was the moment of relaxation that I needed. Thank you to the staff for being so attentive and welcoming.

Cons:

The balcony fences on the roof top were too transparent. Would definitely prefer not so see-through, for sense of privacy.
Also, unfortunately there was construction happening in the building next door. Drilling noise wasn’t exactly what we had hoped for, however the staff made everything they could to make the situation better which was so appreciated.

Et dejligt sted med venlige og hjælpsomme personaler. Selve hotelværelset fremstod slidt, dog med en god seng. Der mangl

Stort værelse. God seng. Søde og venlige personaler. Centralt beliggenhed. Dejlig morgenmad.

Cons:

Spa området er meget lille og vandet er meget koldt.
Indretningen af hotelværelset kunne være bedre og designet mere lækkert. Der mangler et skab til tøjet, og det kunne være godt med et større badeværelse, med plads til en håndvask. Der er Tilgengæld to håndvaske på værelset nær sengen.
Toilettet er sort og fremstår ikke rent, selv om det lige er gjordt rent.
