Excelente y cómoda estadía en Heraklion
Pros:

Excelente estadía en Heraklion. Asistí por trabajo a una conferencia y me alojé en el hotel. El personal es muy profesional y amable. Las instalaciones, son modernas, cómodas y con buen aire acondicionado que es esencial. La habitación muy cómoda, grande, e incluso con balcón. El desayuno muy abundante y variado con alimentos de buena calidad. La ubicación es excelente en la ciudad. Volvería sin duda.

Cons:

El único aspecto negativo fue que las murallas y algunas partes del suelo de la habitación estaban bastante sucias por el uso. Es algo que se puede arreglar fácilmente, pero afecta un poco el ambiente para un hotel tan profesional.

Très joli hôtel avec parking
Pros:

Joli hôtel avec quelques restaus à proximité. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit. Nous avons eu la surprise d’être surclassés d’une chambre standard en une meilleure chambre avec un très grand balcon. Chambre avec literie très confortable, bouteilles d’eau et café/thé à disposition. Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel très aimable. Le parking est juste en-dessous de l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique - il suffit de laisser les clés contre un ticket - le personnel se charge de parquer la voiture. Le paiement se fait à l’hôtel pour avoir un rabais (12 euros par jour)

Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux et surtout une grande réactivité car ils nous ont trouvé une plus grande chambre pour pouvoir accueillir mon mari qui sortait de l'hôpital. Un grand merci .
