Prefer only one night stay - close to the action
Pros:

Not too far from the port. Convenient for a 1 night stay. Nice view of the sea from the balcony. Good walking to restaurants and shopping. Small room but very clean.

Cons:

Escalator out of commission. Walking up with luggage not fun. Bad Feng Shui to have a full wall mirror totally visible from the bed. It’s to make the room seem bigger and to emphasize the reflection of the sea. But, not a good sleep. Otherwise, not a bad hotel.
We went to drop off the room key cards at the end of our stay and the man at reception refused the key until he finished helping a customer that took quite awhile. He was unnecessarily rude. That was the one VERY big negative when we left!

Excellent experience from Staff to food.
Pros:

The Staff is Exceptional and very accommodating. I truly enjoyed the facilities and our hotel room. And, the breakfast is outstanding! Excellent choice! I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Crete.

Parfait !
Pros:

Très confortable et bien placé pour visiter Heraklion à pied. Le parking (payant) sous l’hôtel est très pratique.

Hôtel très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Chambre bien équipée, bonne literie, excellent petit déjeuner.
Le parking jouxtant l'hôtel, en sous-sol et sécurisé, est un gros plus.

Excelente ubicación para ir caminando al puerto y a los principales lugares del casco histórico. Muy buenas, limpias y grandes las habitaciones. Excelente el desayuno, y como nuestro ferry salía muy temprano nos permitieron desayunar a las 6 am, aunque el horario era a partir de las 7
