Good location and fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

The Breakfast was excellent. Good location. Great staff. Wonderful elevator. Good restaurants near by. Pretty easy to get here from the port.

Cons:

The main thing we didn't like was the sounds from outside at night. The streets were bursting with life at night which was great until we went to sleep.

Very nice hotel, central location.
Pros:

We got a room upgrade and it was a beautiful room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom very nice.
Breakfast was delicious. The reception downstairs are always available and they are so helpful with our restaurant reservations and Knossos advice. Thank you !

Cons:

Parking is a nightmare in all the Crete cites, I would advise NOT to hire a car. Use the buses instead, they are very efficient. Day tours are plenty in Crete and they can take you to all the major sights.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super – Hafen und Stadtzentrum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Absolut empfehlenswert.
