Great location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

The view from our room was amazing and the layout of the room is perfect.

Cons:

I thought I booked a room with a bath (using booking.com), but it had not bath. It wasn't the end of the world. We loved our stay. The bath would have been an extra bonus.

Pros:

Fantastic location right near the tram line and the ICCC where my event was. Valet parking which took the hassle out of finding location. The staff were amazing. Could not fault the hotel. Will definitely come back.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. The team went above and beyond to make our experience so special. They kindly helped us with a room upgrade and surprised us with champagne and delicious pastries.
What made the night even more memorable was that my partner proposed to me, so this hotel will always have a very special place in our hearts.
