Luxurious, 5 star quality. Staff attentive and very professionally run.
Pros:

Staff very professional, clean and tidy. Very comfortable.

Cons:

It is a bit of a walk to public transport which was a bit of a downside as we hadn’t hired a car.

The buffet was terrible, busy and unable to get any of the food I wanted. Eggs only available to order from the table, staff didn’t take order and took 30 mins to get a coffee

Great views from room and good location, but disappointed at check in and valet parking cost.
Pros:

Property in great location to darling harbour with good views from the room.

Cons:

Check in says 3pm but room was not ready until 4pm. Valet parking also expensive compared to other properties we have stayed at.

A lovely hotel if going to Darling harbour for a show.
Pros:

The restaurant and club food.
The view of darling harbour is now restricted due to nearby new building being built. The vivid show was not on the Sunday we booked for so missed spectacle which would have made our night. The room was very satisfactory.
