Pool water is heated and as the pool is located outdoors the ambient temperature may impact the water temperature during cold days. Pool deck has limited number of sun beds/ seatings and these cannot be held or reserved. Club Millesime dress code during the evening drinks and canapés service is smart casual with appropriate footwear. Thongs/flip-flops and hotel slippers are not permitted. To ensure this standard is upheld, guests may be denied entry if not adhering to dress code. People under 18 years old are not permitted in Club Millesime after 5:30pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place in Brisbane! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, well located, and excellent value for money. Gary was an exceptional host — very attentive, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. The complimentary snacks were such a thoughtful touch, and his incredibly kind offer to take my family around Brisbane for free went above and beyond our expectations. His assistant was equally amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and we truly appreciated every detail. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Gary’s place to anyone visiting Brisbane!
Super clean, great location, great staff
Cold pool in October, kids still jumped in but too cold for the adults to enjoy properly
The hotel was good, with a very convenient location directly opposite the convention centre—ideal for anyone attending a conference or seminar. The staff were incredibly accommodating and had everything ready for us to check in when we arrived early.
We really appreciated the convenient luggage storage, both while waiting for check-in and for leaving our bags for a couple of days, which we did. The hotel also accepts package deliveries, which was very helpful. The gym was very well equipped and a pleasure to use.
The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. We asked for replacements, but unfortunately, those weren’t much better.
The breakfast options were also a little frustrating. If breakfast isn’t included in your booking, the full breakfast is quite expensive, and there’s no option to order something small, such as scrambled eggs or a single slice of toast. Having a few simple à la carte options would make the experience more flexible and enjoyable.

The AC in my room seemed to turn off after I had left it on to cool the room down and when I returned to my room it was hot.
