Pool water is heated and as the pool is located outdoors the ambient temperature may impact the water temperature during cold days. Pool deck has limited number of sun beds/ seatings and these cannot be held or reserved. Club Millesime dress code during the evening drinks and canapés service is smart casual with appropriate footwear. Thongs/flip-flops and hotel slippers are not permitted. To ensure this standard is upheld, guests may be denied entry if not adhering to dress code. People under 18 years old are not permitted in Club Millesime after 5:30pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

お世話になっております。
Booking.comを通じて予約した宿泊料金について、確認をお願いしたくご連絡いたしました。
今回、チェックイン時に私の予約情報がすぐに確認できず、少しトラブルがございましたが、その際は案内に従って必要な手続きを行っております。
その後、請求内容を確認したところ、Booking.comで予約した際に表示されていた金額と、実際にホテルから請求された金額にかなり差があるように見受けられます。
ホテルからの請求には、
AUD 1,835.23
GST AUD 183.52
との記載がございます。
日本円に換算すると、予約時に認識していた金額より約30,000円ほど高くなっているように見えます。
また、ホテル内レストラン等で利用した費用については、その都度別途支払いをしておりますので、宿泊料金に追加される認識はございません。
Booking.comで予約した際は、お得な宿泊プランで予約していたと記憶しております。

I loved the location and wow what a view from the corner room it is amazing - absolutely stunning would highly recommend
Few staff issues, like 2 men entered my room after knocking and they waited only 2 seconds before they literally opened the door. So I complained at reception they were understanding and supportive and ensured to fix the issue.

The location was great
The room we got the corner room nothing special about it. Too expensive and the windows were not cleaned from the outside so it was hard to enjoy the views with dusty windows. We got another room which was just a basic room and that was better
The location of the hotel and the room are both great
I didn’t like the view from my window. It was looking at the road and not a very nice experience especially being in a location like Sydney with water surrounding everywhere. also, I asked to use a microwave and you did not have one in your whole facility which I find mind-boggling.
Great hotel and very friendly staff. Everyone is always smiling and make you feel at home. Location is great and we have plenty of privacy but not deprive of the view. Breakfast was also good and we had a-la-carte options as well.
Internet speed was pathetic seeing how this is a top end hotel. Shower water pressure was also bad. We've upgraded our room but it didn't even have complimentary water bottle. Everything in the minibar was chargeable.
