All guests for serviced apartments and Garden suites must check in at the Caroco reception before being directed to their accommodations.

Smart Check-in Process: Guests receive contactless digital key information by text/email by noon on the day of arrival. You can check in any time after 2:00 PM using this information.
Reception Hours: Reception is manned until late at night should you require assistance.
Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Early Check-in: Guests may arrive from 9:30 AM to wait in the lounge area or leave luggage until the room is ready. Early access to rooms may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Parking
Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Free street parking is available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday–Saturday, and all day Sunday.

Group reservations of 3 or more rooms are subject to a nonrefundable cancellation policy.
All buildings have multiple apartments of different shapes, sizes, and levels. Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Guests are required to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure or no-show, the property will charge the full amount of the stay.
Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted.
As the property is located in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to refrain from excessive noise and note that visitors are not permitted in rooms.
For all 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Serviced Apartments, a £200 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

It's in a very quiet neighbourhood with plenty of greenery. It is a very clean and welcoming space. There was very good natural light glowing into the bedroom space which is uncommon in most hotels.From the car park, staff were helpful and polite. Loved the digital check in/check out system. I asked for extension of two hours before I checked out and the staff agreed on the day. Hassle free.
The days I stayed, the other guest were noisy and I had the impression that the walls were not sound proof. I heard everything from conversations to couples being together for happy time.
Nothing.
My partner and I had a reservation at Westciti Apartments; however, we had an extremely disappointing experience.
We checked in at approximately 4:00 p.m. but had plans that evening and did not return to the property until around 1:00 a.m. When we got into bed, my partner noticed a wet patch on the bedding. After checking it, we both concluded that it appeared to be urine.
Naturally, we immediately went to reception to request, at the very least, a change of bedding. Unfortunately, there was no one available at reception. We then called the emergency number multiple times and left messages with our name and contact details, as instructed. We were assured that someone would get back to us shortly, but no one ever returned our calls during our stay.
As a result, we were left with no option but to sleep on top of towels for the entire night. Without clean bedding or adequate covers, we were extremely uncomfortable and cold throughout the night.
The following morning, I spoke with the receptionist, who informed me that he had seen the messages and would ask a manager to contact me regarding possible compensation. However, shortly afterwards, I received an email stating that there was nothing they could do and that my feedback would simply be taken into consideration.
I was then offered a change of sheets only one hour before our scheduled checkout time, which I found unreasonable and entirely inadequate given the circumstances. By that point, the inconvenience had already occurred, and the offer did nothing to resolve the situation.
I am extremely unhappy with how this matter has been handled. I have been a loyal Booking.com customer for many years and have even stayed at this property before without issue. However, this experience has completely changed my view of the property, and I will not be returning.
I have attempted to resolve this directly with the property and received no meaningful assistance.

The apartment was lovely and clean
The whole place smelt of cannabis and there was shouting and loud music every night of our stay. On 2 nights there was fighting from other apartments, one which lasted from 1:10am until 7:40am. Would never stay again.

The room was very clean and cosy. Everything was spotless and very well presented. The staf were very kind and gentle. Always helpful, thank you so much for everything.
We could hear the noises of opening and closing doors from the neighbouriung rooms, soundproofing could be improved to allow for a more restful night. Perhaps think o a way of preventing neighbouring room TV remotes to change the settings on the other rooms, we have the same issue at home so it didn't bother us too much, but when you are watching a movie... it can be a bit disturbing having to keep putting it back on, but hye, it is what it is.
Bed was comfortable. Available crockery for easy eating. Nice shower.
The room was so hot to the extent that electric fan available was not doing any good. I literally sweat and wet my under garments even after a shower. The room needs cooling installation system. At a point I get suffocated because the high temperature in the room. I never stay in the room during the day because of the unnecessary heat
