Garden Suites: All of our Garden Suites are located at the rear of Caroco Aparthotel, offering a quieter and more peaceful stay.
1-Bedroom & 2-Bedroom Apartments: These are located next door to Caroco Aparthotel.
All guests for serviced apartments and Garden suites must check in at the Caroco reception before being directed to their accommodations.
Check-in & Check-out
Smart Check-in Process: Guests receive contactless digital key information by text/email by noon on the day of arrival. You can check in any time after 2:00 PM using this information.
Reception Hours: Reception is manned until late at night should you require assistance.
Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Early Check-in: Guests may arrive from 9:30 AM to wait in the lounge area or leave luggage until the room is ready. Early access to rooms may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Parking
Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Free street parking is available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday–Saturday, and all day Sunday.

All buildings have multiple apartments of different shapes, sizes, and levels. Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Guests are required to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure or no-show, the property will charge the full amount of the stay.
Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted.
As the property is located in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to refrain from excessive noise and note that visitors are not permitted in rooms.
For all 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Serviced Apartments, a £200 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Deluxe Zimmer ausgeschrieben, jedoch eine Katastrophe, abgewohnt , Wände siehe auf Foto, Startblick lächerlich , kaputtes Waschbecken.
Frühstück sollte am Wochenende ab 07:30 Uhr sein, jedoch vor Ort wurde gesagt „Es ist Wochenende und da ist erst ab 09.00 Uhr. Lächerlich Fitnessraum ist eher eine Lagerraum

Quizás un poco sucio, pero esto es habitual en UK. El desayuno no merece la pena contratarlo, muy pobre. Es mejor ir al supermercado que está cerca y hacerte tu propio desayuno.

Gut gelegen: Von der 15 Gehminuten entfernten Bahnstation East Croydon ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt.
Das Aparthotel hat mindestens vier komplett unterschiedliche Gebäude. Die schönen, neuen Fotos sind von einem kleinen Bungalow im Hinterhof. Die anderen Gebäude sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Daher kommt auch die Aussage „Fake-Fotos“ aus einer anderen Rezension.
Wir haben uns von den Fotos blenden lassen. Die Wohnung, die wir gebucht hatten, war in einem älteren Haus im Souterrain, was wir natürlich nicht wussten. Es roch streng und war dunkel. Meine Frau weigerte sich, hier zu übernachten, und eine andere Wohnung in dieser Kategorie gab es nicht mehr. Gegen Aufpreis haben wir dann eine Unterkunft in einem anderen Haus genommen. Diese war soweit in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück gab es bei uns erst ab 9:00 Uhr, da in England Ferienzeit war – zu spät, wenn man viel von London sehen will. Die Qualität (Selfservice mit abgepackten Lebensmitteln) kann den anderen Bewertungen entnommen werden. Dass man nach dem Frühstück selbst abspülen muss, wollte ich noch ergänzen.
Anbei noch die Fotos von einem der Parkplätze (First come, first served), dem Fitnessstudio und dem Haus von vorne.

Outside area of my room was dirty requested another room but none was available with a double bed. Staff member advised to put a report on booking.com. breakfast was cheap and awful had a gone off banana that was black inside and made me feel sick took a while to find property

Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch nur Fabrikfood in Plastik verpackt, nicht mal eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine oder so, nur Pulverkaffee, extrem ringhörig man konnte jedes Husten der Nachbarn hören.
