Garden Suites: All of our Garden Suites are located at the rear of Caroco Aparthotel, offering a quieter and more peaceful stay.
1-Bedroom & 2-Bedroom Apartments: These are located next door to Caroco Aparthotel.
All guests for serviced apartments and Garden suites must check in at the Caroco reception before being directed to their accommodations.
Check-in & Check-out
Smart Check-in Process: Guests receive contactless digital key information by text/email by noon on the day of arrival. You can check in any time after 2:00 PM using this information.
Reception Hours: Reception is manned until late at night should you require assistance.
Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Early Check-in: Guests may arrive from 9:30 AM to wait in the lounge area or leave luggage until the room is ready. Early access to rooms may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Parking
Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Free street parking is available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday–Saturday, and all day Sunday.
Housekeeping & Services
A complimentary clean with linen and towel change is provided once per week.

All buildings have multiple apartments of different shapes, sizes, and levels. Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

In the event of an early departure or no-show, the property will charge the full amount of the stay.

Facile à trouver, pas loin de la gare de Croydon, bonne communication pour le check'in. Chambre spacieuse et salle de bains comme neuve.
Un peu trop déshumanisé, tout se fait en autonomie y compris le petit dej mais la presta est convenable pour le tarif
Location to venue was ideal. Hotel was clean. Easy to access.
Only criticism of the hotel was very small driveway for cars to get to parking spaces and doors slamming early morning with people leaving hotel (maybe could do.with soft closing mechanisms) but overall hotel was very good indeed.
Space was clean, affordable and a short walk from Croydon East station. Bed was comfortable and pillows nice and firm. Wi-fi didn't work for checkin, but thankfully somebody was there to help us out. Breakfast was a self-serve kitchen area where everyone helped themselves from the fridge. Everyone cleaned up after themselves which was great
It's worth paying extra to have a room in the Garden Suites. I didn't realise this was a separate option, so we ended up in one of the loft rooms in front building which was much smaller and didn't have air conditioning. It was fully booked so we were unable to switch rooms. It was 28 degrees so we were very hot! A fan was provided which helped a lot but we had to have it blasting all night. Garden Suites are much larger, have air con, balcony space and a nicer kitchen area.
The breakfast was very late and I had to leave both days. Im not sure if there was supposed to be anything cooked. But I took a yogurt and waffle with me. Thank you

Very hot room - fan supplied but was too hot on middle floor. Need aircon.
Bed was comfortable and there was free off-street parking
It wasn't very clean - lots of dust around, floors didn't feel very clean and the oven hadn't been cleaned at all.
The parking was very tight and difficult to navigate.
I didn't like the breakfast - packets of cheap croissants and waffles were not very nice.
Location
The room had cobwebs and spiders. We didn't sleep there and left early as it felt uncomfortable. It wasn't a garden view, rather a 2x2 concrete space that had no view

Loud noise, rooms not clean and constant weed smell throughout and poor check in instructions
Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung war sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Die Parksituation ist nicht sehr gut, breitere Autos können nicht die Parkplätze im Innenhof benutzen. Die Einfahrt ist mit "Hüpfer" ausgestattet, dass man auch immer schauen muss dass man sehr viel Gas gibt um drüber zu kommen.
Ich die "permanenten Bewohner" des Hotels, waren der Hauptfaktor wieso die Bewertung schlechter ausgefallen ist. Neben dem häufigen Grasgeruch, wurde auch häufig laut geschriehen und die Türen zu geworfen. Oftmals mitten in der Nacht.
