Garden Suites: All of our Garden Suites are located at the rear of Caroco Aparthotel, offering a quieter and more peaceful stay.
1-Bedroom & 2-Bedroom Apartments: These are located next door to Caroco Aparthotel.
All guests for serviced apartments and Garden suites must check in at the Caroco reception before being directed to their accommodations.
Check-in & Check-out
Smart Check-in Process: Guests receive contactless digital key information by text/email by noon on the day of arrival. You can check in any time after 2:00 PM using this information.
Reception Hours: Reception is manned until late at night should you require assistance.
Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Early Check-in: Guests may arrive from 9:30 AM to wait in the lounge area or leave luggage until the room is ready. Early access to rooms may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Parking
Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Free street parking is available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday–Saturday, and all day Sunday.
Housekeeping & Services
A complimentary clean with linen and towel change is provided once per week.
Additional cleaning, linen, and towel services are available for an extra fee.

Group reservations of 3 or more rooms are subject to a nonrefundable cancellation policy.
All buildings have multiple apartments of different shapes, sizes, and levels. Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Guests are required to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure or no-show, the property will charge the full amount of the stay.
Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted.
As the property is located in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to refrain from excessive noise and note that visitors are not permitted in rooms.
For all 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Serviced Apartments, a £200 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Like that we had small outdoor space
Very spacious room, and bathroom
Even though room was clean and tidy there was a strong lingering smell of weed

Lage der Suite im Hinterhof ist deutlich besser als dir Apartments an der Straße.
Sehr hellhörig, Zimmer extrem warm unabhängig vom Wetter. Badezimmer war dauerhaft über 30°C, keine Regulierung möglich. Keine Klimanlage im Zimmer, nur Ventilatoren.
Accommodation was clean and tidy
Parking was not good and to get to the back was really tight. Also the room was soo hot, the window would open properly and the fan didn't help much.
Property was ok
Manager his a terrible person. First far too expensive second he charge £10 pounds for check in a room wish was ready to go. Total 166 pounds for a £50 room breakfast is the worse I ever seeing in my life. Terrible.
Location of the property is great
1) Weekend breakfast from 9am is poor - 7am minimum should be the standard.
2) The lack of Air conditioning is a real issue during the summer, making is very uncomfortable to sleep. A fan is provided but it isn’t the best.
3) The blinds on the window were broken.
Quiet location
The alleyway to drive through is beyond super tight to the point I miss judged the gap when leaving and scratched up my car lol
The hotel/apartment was very clean, lovely tea/coffee and biscuits provided and the staff were friendly. Check in and out were seamless and they accommodated a slightly earlier check in as well.
Room was extremely hot, unbearably so. We understand that the weather in the UK at this moment in time is hotter than usual, however the room itself was boiling hot to the point we felt sick and dizzy. We were provided with a fan, which just blew hot air around the room. The corridors and other parts of the hotel seemed a lot colder In comparison. A staff member did come into the room and assist by opening the window further and rolled up the blind, however sleeping with a very large noisy fan on with the blinds open was not really helpful. Unfortunately neither of us got very much sleep and left before breakfast just to get out of the heat as it was much cooler in the sun outside!! A staff member advised that their lodges are air conditioned, I would potentially invest in air conditioning in the other rooms as well in this case!!

Il y a eu un soucis dans la fenêtre de la chambre elle ne se fermer pas . C’était donc une porte fenêtre je n’ai vraiment pas pu dormir sereinement. Je pense qu’il faudrait être plus vigilant surtout pour une femme seul
