15 min to the airport! A fabulous stopover for the day, close to everything.
Pros:

We didn't actually spend the night but because we were flying out at midnight we wanted somewhere close to the airport for the day. It was spotless, pool was fabulouse, food was great and I had the best massage ever.

Cons:

We did check in early, but that was luck! I tried unsuccessfully to book this in advance and didn't realise the I may not be able to check in before 2.

A gem in a perfect location!
Pros:

We loved the location, the incredible cleanliness of the whole hotel, the 2 restaurants with great views, the rooftop pool, the spacious room with balcony overlooking the gardens and squirrels entertaining us.

Cons:

The decor. The foyer is too busy, the floors are too busy, the plastic plants. Having said that, it would not stop me from coming back!!

Pros:

Close to centre so easy walking.

Cons:

Too noisy making sleep difficult. Breakfast is a pre selection style rather than buffet with a self help selection which was pretty ordinary compared to prior options we have encountered elsewhere. Given the central location staff had poor English skills, so never quite understood any questions.

overall great value for money have stayed there on numerous occasions close to everything
Pros:

total value for money breakfast was fine we ordered room service on a number of occasions and the pool was great

Cons:

tv need replacing in our room we had 4 bright spots on the tv from damaged pixel's the kettle lid was snapped and the jug would stick to the heating device

Excellent quiet place to stay away from the usual noise of Kuta
Pros:

Great value for money. Big room, very hot and consistent shower, very clean. Nice big balcony to sit out on. Extremely friendly staff. Lovely pool always with loungers to spare. Really quiet room.

Cons:

Wi-fi was strong, but had to regularly sign back into it after losing the connection, which was a little frustrating.
