A perfect place to stay for its location being close to beach and airport. Staffs are friendly and can be an okay place

Very clean property and friendly staffs. Perfect location close to the beach.

Cons:

Internet can be slow at times. Limited food and breakfast menu if you want to eat the property but there is always an option as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

Unexpected room
Pros:

The size of the room, close to the airport and Lippo Mall, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The fifth level has an amazing view!! My daughter lost her gold bracelet before she checked out. The staff were soooo helpful. Thank you for finding her bracelet! :)

Felt like a brand new hotel. Excellent level of comfort. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast options were somewhat limited & could easily be improved. A staffed bar & food service point in the rooftop restaurant would be good.
