Location , view , swimming pool and the dedicated staff .
The smell of the cigarette in my bathroom . The clients attitude screaming at 5 am and poor attitude and education at the swimming pool but this is not the hotel fault !!

Alt, rennovierungsbedürftig, muffig, nicht so richtig sauber.
Room size is excellent, comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff are friendly and always smile.
The overall building is quite old. The curtains in our room are not maintained well. Only 1 chair in a double room. Needed long time for the hot water in shower. The location is quite far from shops and no public transport, except you have to rent a local car to bring you around. When it rained, the verandah/balcony flooded with water.
It was a terrible experience and a waste of money
The staff member Nabila embarrassed me in front of other guests and didn’t make me feel welcome at all.
The lobby has an interesting ambiente
Water in the room on the floor from the fridge, water on the balcony, no light on the tarrace (despite paying for a suite), water in the shower minimum pressure and shower broken and dirty, food in the restaurant inedible (order 4 dishes to find something tasty and failed). Yes, dear hotel, I know you are sorry …

Les chambres au -3 sont sombres et humides. On aurait préféré une chambre plus haute. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas et la Clim faisait énormément de bruit.
Rien autour mais on trouve des chauffeurs via Maxim pour aller à Luwuk en 10min.
