Marcan Resort Hotel

Great hotel, staff are attentive and happy even though they work long hours to serve. Sahin on the pool bar is a pleasure, well spoken and quick witted. The pool area is great for family’s and there are plenty of sunbeds. The all inc food is ok and was decent for my vegetarian wife. This is first time to Turkey and it has been a great experience.
One small criticism is the pool bar has music and no more than 50m away the entertainment area is blasting music. Just have one please.

My fave staff members are aysegul and mesut and tahir they are amazing so welcoming and made my stay the best and I would recommend coming here just for them

Good staff very welcoming and friendly always up for a chat , aysegul and Mesut always around the pool sorting games out talking etc … worth a visit for sure , food isn’t suited for “English food” but try it !

We are having a lovely stay here at the Marcan Resort. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, happy to help you enjoy your stay here.
The entertainment staff both Aysegul and Mesut are hands on ready to involve everyone in daily activities to keep the whole family entertained.
Sunbed wars is not an issue, plenty available and we are here in the height of season no need to set silly alarm clock wake ups!
Food in restaurant is good, fairly good choice, would be nice to see pastries at breakfast time. Staff in restaurant work hard clearing tables and plates quickly, no request is to
much trouble. The hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day to a very good standard. Lovely little resort very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed here for 10 days with family a lovely little complex plenty sunbeds no need to get up early for the rush meals are OK pastries at breakfast would be a plus as this is standard in most countries that is the only thing I think could improve, the hotel itself is very clean waiters,waitresses are all so polite and friendly, the entertainment team aysegul and mesut are fantastic so friendly non stop trying to keep everyone happy and entertained well done to you all .would not hesitate to return.

I would recommend this resort for value for money for a family in high season. The rooms are cleaned every day these ladies work incredibly hard. I would like to make a special mention to Mesut and Aysegil so funny and friendly making daytime and night time special. The restaurant staff are lovely and always remember your drink and make sure it’s at your table. All in all we’ve had a good time and would come back xx

Staff were very friendly and helpful entertainment staff were excellent and always up for activities mesut and Aysegil were really fun and got everyone involved mesut was always up for game of table tennis despite not being able to win. Also big thank you to Tahir for always providing us drinks and going above needed.

This is a wonderful place with excellent staff and delicious food; it is a very good hotel for the price. I would like to give a special thank you to Yilmaz for the pleasant conversations and for the work he does—he gives it his all.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Best animator Mesut, who made our holiday unforgettable. His energy, kindness, and enthusiasm were amazing, and he always made everyone smile and feel included. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again.

I could not fault this lovely place and the holiday. Very clean. Rooms were spotless. Food was brilliant. All staff were excellent, very friendly and its very clear they treat their staff very well. Pool was spotless.
Atmosphere was lovely.
The area was so lovely lots to do. Lovely restraunts. Lovely town beautiful beaches.
Amazing place to stay. Its a definate return for me.

This review is solely for Mesut from the entertainment team and not the hotel.

Mesut worked extremely hard and involved all nationalities around the pool. He is generally just a really nice guy and helped us with anything we needed.

The management are very lucky to have him. We loved the dance class even though we aren't very good.

Fantastic hotel, we stayed here for 2 weeks , rooms were absolutely fantastic plenty of room, stunning view from balcony. Food was always nice, never had any problems at all. The staff were always friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. Couldn't recommend enough, would definitely come back.

Stayed for a week in June, really enjoyed this hotel with it being close to bars/shops/restaurants and only a short walk to the lovely beach and blue lagoon.
All inclusive is generally good although food was below average..no cereal for breakfast, no kids food, very limited vegan options.
Pool area is great and could always get a sun lounger whatever time of day, hotel don't provide pool towels. Pool bar man Sahin is fantastic and a good character. Entertainment team and reception staff are all excellent.

We have just returned home from an amazing holiday here, only issue we had after arriving late (10.45pm) was our first room the air conditioning wasn’t working but they moved us the next day to a new room with perfect pool view, can’t fault the staff all amazing the guys on the pool bar made us welcome from the very start and always new our drink orders. Big shout out to masood head of entertainment and the 2 student girls well done
