Le personnel était sympathique et l’emplacement était plutôt bon. Je reste mitigée sur les animations du soir : parfois elles étaient bien et parfois elles étaient inintéressantes.
J’y suis resté 6 jours et les draps et serviettes n’ont jamais été changé malgré nos nombreuses demandes. Le ménage n’a pas non plus été fait durant tous le séjour.
La chambre était sale et nous étions obligés de fermer la porte des wc pour dormir, l’odeur des égouts étant insoutenable. La lunette des wc était cassée à notre arrivée (elle à été changé suite à notre demande) et les wc était sale. Les serviettes étaient tachées de sang et de taches jaunes et n’ont pas été changées malgré nos nombreuses demandes.
La porte de la chambre s’ouvrait d’un simple coup de l’extérieur, nous n’étions pas en sécurité nous l’avons constaté par hasard après plusieurs jours à l’hôtel. La porte a été réparée suite à notre demande.
Les petits déjeuners et les plats n’étaient pas variés et n’étaient pas bon, j’ai dû mangé à l’extérieur plusieurs fois. Mes deux enfants se sont blessés dans la piscine, ils ont des plaies sous les pieds et ont saigné pendant tous le séjour et ont renoncé plusieurs fois à rentrer dans le bassin et mon dernier fils avait du mal à marcher, ça a été l’enfer (voir photo prise après le séjour quand les plaies ont commencé à cicatriser). Nous en avons fait part à la réception qui nous ont donné de simple pansement.
Autre point faible : il n’y avait de la glace que pendant une heure l’après midi, ce qui est très compliquée avec des enfants et ce n’était pas mentionné lors de la réservation.
Les boissons n’étaient pas bonne, ce n’était que du sucre je ne buvais que du coca zéro. Les verres étaient degueulasses.
En résumé, il y a tromperie sur la marchandise, ce n’est pas comme mentionné lors de la réservation.
Allez ailleurs, il y a mieux
Great hotel, staff are attentive and happy even though they work long hours to serve. Sahin on the pool bar is a pleasure, well spoken and quick witted. The pool area is great for family’s and there are plenty of sunbeds. The all inc food is ok and was decent for my vegetarian wife. This is first time to Turkey and it has been a great experience.
One small criticism is the pool bar has music and no more than 50m away the entertainment area is blasting music. Just have one please.
My fave staff members are aysegul and mesut and tahir they are amazing so welcoming and made my stay the best and I would recommend coming here just for them
Good staff very welcoming and friendly always up for a chat , aysegul and Mesut always around the pool sorting games out talking etc … worth a visit for sure , food isn’t suited for “English food” but try it !

The entertainment staff both Aysegul and Mesut are hands on ready to involve everyone in daily activities to keep the whole family entertained.
Sunbed wars is not an issue, plenty available and we are here in the height of season no need to set silly alarm clock wake ups!
Food in restaurant is good, fairly good choice, would be nice to see pastries at breakfast time. Staff in restaurant work hard clearing tables and plates quickly, no request is to
much trouble. The hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day to a very good standard. Lovely little resort very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely return to this hotel.
Stayed here for 10 days with family a lovely little complex plenty sunbeds no need to get up early for the rush meals are OK pastries at breakfast would be a plus as this is standard in most countries that is the only thing I think could improve, the hotel itself is very clean waiters,waitresses are all so polite and friendly, the entertainment team aysegul and mesut are fantastic so friendly non stop trying to keep everyone happy and entertained well done to you all .would not hesitate to return.
I would recommend this resort for value for money for a family in high season. The rooms are cleaned every day these ladies work incredibly hard. I would like to make a special mention to Mesut and Aysegil so funny and friendly making daytime and night time special. The restaurant staff are lovely and always remember your drink and make sure it’s at your table. All in all we’ve had a good time and would come back xx

Staff were very friendly and helpful entertainment staff were excellent and always up for activities mesut and Aysegil were really fun and got everyone involved mesut was always up for game of table tennis despite not being able to win. Also big thank you to Tahir for always providing us drinks and going above needed.
This is a wonderful place with excellent staff and delicious food; it is a very good hotel for the price. I would like to give a special thank you to Yilmaz for the pleasant conversations and for the work he does—he gives it his all.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Best animator Mesut, who made our holiday unforgettable. His energy, kindness, and enthusiasm were amazing, and he always made everyone smile and feel included. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again.
I could not fault this lovely place and the holiday. Very clean. Rooms were spotless. Food was brilliant. All staff were excellent, very friendly and its very clear they treat their staff very well. Pool was spotless.
Atmosphere was lovely.
The area was so lovely lots to do. Lovely restraunts. Lovely town beautiful beaches.
Amazing place to stay. Its a definate return for me.
