Великолепный отель. Находится в самом центре, очень близко всё находится. Внутри отеля всё очень красиво, роскошь. Персонал очень доброжелательный, помогают поднять багаж в номер, всё объясняют. Заселили раньше, спасибо. В отеле очень красивый бар на первом этаже, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Кроме того очень вкусные коктейли делают в баре на крыше отеля. Завтраки - шведский стол и горячи блюда по меню. Очень красивый ресторан, в котором проходят завтраки. Номер светлый и очень красивый. Огромная ванная комната с окном. Кровать была настолько удобная, постельное бельё наивысшего качества. В номере идеальная чистота, успевают убрать комнату пока находишься на завтраке. Я бы вернулся ещё раз в этот отель.

Cons:

На завтраке можно было бы предложить бокал шампанского.

Beautiful hotel - true experience of luxury
Pros:

Lovely breakfast and luxury room - provided welcome non alcoholic wine in room and balloons for my mums birthday which was a nice touch. Very modern comfortable rooms and nice and quiet considering how central it is.

Cons:

Ended up being resolved but was charged for mini bar usage we didn’t made and staff member dealing with it on the phone was rude when I called to resolve.

Luxury experience with a tiny but
Pros:

Luxury, high-end hotel. Classy, clean, international, intimate. Location very nice and within short walking distance from public transportarion, several good restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and beautiful, but quite small. The bed amazing, so was the shower room. The staff in resception was amazing!

Cons:

With the high price, I would've expected bigger room. Breakfast was very good quality and warm dishes were made from menu, but the variety was quite small. Some staff members at breakfast seemed to be in a hurry and service was a bit tense.

Muy buen hotel y muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Un muy buen hotel.
El personal muy amable, el restaurante bueno, bien atendido.
Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Dos cosas
Los ascensores, me da la impresión de que están mal programados. Varias veces optamos bajar por las escaleras por la demora.
Les sugiero que mejoren la ubicación en Google Maps, me costó mucho dar con el hotel al llegar en coche

Punktet durch Lage.
Pros:

Super Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, Kaum Ablagemöglichkeit, Frühstücksbüffet übersichtlich, überteuerter Parkservice. Organisation zu Stoßzeiten z.b. Frühstück hat leider nicht reibungslos geklappt. Anstehen und auf Tisch warten wenn Hotel voll ist.
