This hotel is a decent, basic hotel. If you need a place sleep and not spend much time at the property then it’s fine.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The location is close to the train.

Cons:

The room is very basic with no extras. The bed was not comfortable.

You get value at a great location.
Pros:

Great location a street away from the beach. Close to all scenic attractions and restaurants - short walk. Breakfast buffet had a large variety, you will not walk away hungry. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, current, and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable and very clean
Pros:

Everyone was so welcoming and remembered us, even only staying for two days! We had to change locations after a sketchy experience with an another hotel, and they were super accommodating.

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like!

Exactly what you need
Pros:

The staff 100% made you feel welcomed and were laid back which made it fun, the outside was beautiful, the rooms were great, the shower was great, some rooms had patios which we loved, and great location close to water and beaches. And breakfast was good!

Cons:

The AC's didn't work while we were here because of an electrical shortage -all the rooms weren't working but they provided a fan to those who needed it. I slept with my door open to the patio and I was fine.

3 nuits à Monterosso, pour se balader dans les 5 Terres.
Pros:

La proximité du centre ville de Monterosso, et du vieux centre. Très proche de la gare 10min. A pieds. Le départ du sentier, au bord de mer pour Vernazza est à 20 minutes. Très bonne accueil. Belle chambre. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Air conditioning system broke the day prior to our arrival. We didn’t have any cooling and the room was hot for our whole stay. This was disappointing.
