Pros:

L’accueil du personnel était très chaleureux ! L’hotel est situé à proximité immédiate de la plage. La chambre était spacieuse mais manquait de luminosité. Il y avait du choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les parties communes n’étaient pas très propres, il y avait des saletés et des insectes morts sur le sol.

Soggiorno eccellente nel cuore di Monterosso
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel centro di Monterosso e mi sono trovata molto bene. Le camere sono belle, pulite, accoglienti e dotate di tutto il necessario.

Avevo chiesto un phon più potente e me lo hanno portato direttamente in camera in pochissimo tempo: uno staff davvero disponibile, gentile e simpatico.

La colazione è varia. Un aspetto particolare è che bisogna lasciare sempre le chiavi in reception quando si esce: all'inizio può sembrare insolito, ma in realtà è anche comodo perché non si rischia di perderle.

Il servizio che ho apprezzato più di tutti è stata la possibilità di utilizzare un bagno con doccia anche diverse ore dopo il check-out. È un'attenzione molto utile, soprattutto dopo una giornata al mare.

Nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza e tornerei volentieri.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa è che le camere sono poco insonorizzate e si sentono abbastanza i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel. Son professionnalisme. Le confort de la chambre. Le parking extérieur dans l'hôtel. La situation de l'hôtel très proche à pied des restaurants et de l'animation nocturne.

La ubicación y el personas fueron lo mejor. Las bebidas muy buenas. El desayuno está bien.

Cons:

El refrigerador no funcionaba y me lo tuvieron que cambiar. El baño era un poco pequeño

Vicinity to the train station beach and a local eateries

Cons:

Approaching the property, we felt like we were in the southwest Indies very clean, a lot of beautiful palm trees. The room in itself was good, but we had some leakage problems from the bathroom sink not that it impeded us on our daily activities. But someone should look into the leakage secondly, the pillows they're quite thin, but we asked for second ones and they kindly granted us second pillows.

Excellent breakfast and stay in the area....
Pros:

Excellent and very humble staff, greetings all the time. Very polite check in process. Location is very ideal. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Rooms has different outlet for charging but staff is so nice as they provided the adopters, free of cost. There is great area within hotel premises to sit and relax.
It is better to book the parking in advance in property.
Hotel offered Excellent breakfast. Check out is very smooth.

dieses Hotel ist zu empfehlen, 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Wir hatten ein super Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Meersicht und Balkon. Das Personal im,allgemeinen war sehr freundlich an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend 👍😉 - auch der Parkplatz beim Hotel war super
Frühstück im Garten war eine gute Möglichkeit den Morgen zu starten 😉
