Not a 4 star hotel by a strech
Pros:

The common areas are nice, the breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were as basic as a youth hostel. No shampoo, tiny shower stall you could barely move in, no coffee machine or kettle, one hard thin pillow, Ac that barely worked.

Quiet friendly hotel in great location
Pros:

Location is amazing, quieter part of town, easy walk to train station. Staff is friendly helpful and eager to assist. Amazing prosecco. Clean. Lift worked well.

Cons:

Double bed is 2 twin beds put together ( not unusual for Italy). Facilities very basic, more like 3 star place feel. Expect to hear sounds from surrounding rooms- again not unusual for Italy.

First class accommodation without pretense. Cool vibe!
Pros:

So comfortable. Clean, well organized. The breakfast is awesome! Great location in Monterosso, the best of the Cinque Terra towns. The staff is accommodating. Emma, in particular, is just super. A wonderful personality that generates sincere hospitality. Thank you!

Hotel básico com boa localização
Pros:

Localizacao boa com um jardim interessante. Hotel reformado, básico, não espere nemhum charme ou sofisticação!

Cons:

Cama excessivamente macia. Café da manhã continental sem grandes novidades!

Perfect accommodation and staff, location ideal and amenities everything you needed!
Pros:

Hotel Palme was amazing!! Location was perfect for a central location to discover the cinque terre and to walk there from the train station as it was flat and not far to get there. Staff were so friendly and happy to help when asked!!
Could not fault it at all!!
