Great stay in Monterosso, lovely staff & central location
Pros:

Loved the central location and big room for 3 people! The staff were all so friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Laundry was 15 euro for one big bag full which was decently priced and very quick turnaround. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The room was a little dark (no natural lighting) but otherwise very comfortable.

Excellent location, very clean facility.

The most amazing is their staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate everything we need. They did absolutely everything to make us feel comfortable and welcomed!

WOW, what an amazing hotel. I have been to hundreds of hotels and this must have been one of the nicest one and it’s all about the staff. We had minor issues and the way they were handled was very impressive. Staff kept telling us to enjoy our vacation and that they would fix those issues and sure enough, they were fixed. I would go back to that hotel any time and I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

It’s not facing the sea, but it’s very close. Close enough. It’s like 2min walk.
