Muy buen hotel!
Pros:

Todo perfecto, ubicación, instalaciones, personal, especialmente me gustaría mencionar el desayuno y particularmente su sección gluten free, pocos son los hoteles que me he encontrado tan preparados, todo tipo de productos, pan, bollería y platos calientes y una tostadora aparte para evitar contaminacion cruzada, un 10!

Cons:

Spát ve skleněné kleci,možná s klimatizací,v koupelně závěs tak,že na každé straně chybí 50 cm,po použití je koupelna pod vodou.To vymyslel b.....Příště něco levnějšího,raději o pár stanic metrem od centra,nedoporučuji.

The receptionist Tatenda was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond.

Cons:

I cannot begin to express how terribly Raj at the reception treated my daughter and me. His appalling customer service almost ruined what should have been a beautiful and memorable day celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday. The experience left us feeling extremely upset and disappointed.

To make matters worse, the water supply suddenly stopped while I was taking a shower on the day of checkout.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was deeply unpleasant. I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tolles Hotel für ein paar Tage in London
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen London-City Besuch ausgezeichnet. U-Bahn (2 Linien) sowie Bussation direkt vor der Tür. Viele Restaurants fussläufig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bad aussergewöhnlich groß.
Wasserkocher (inkl. Tee, Neskaffee und Cookies) im Zimmer. Safe und kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem, allerdings (für uns kein Problem) wahrschenlich nur ca. 160cm breit und hat eine durchgehende Bettdecke. Wenn man keinen Adapter für die UK-Steckdosen hat: Es sind zahlreiche USB-Steckdosen im Zimmer vorhanden.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit vorab online einzuchecken, dann erhält man einen Mail, sobald das Zimmer bezugsfertig ist (war bei uns schon um 12.45 Uhr möglich). Ansonsten ist ein Raum zur Gepäckaufbewahrung vorhanden.
Frühstück unter der Woche von 7.30-10:00, am Wochenende bis 10:30 Uhr. Reichhaltiges Buffet, Sonderwünsche (z.B. Spiegeleier möglich). Am Wochenende - bei hohem Gästeaufkommen, kann es im Frühstückraum dann doch etwas unruhiger werden.
Das Personal im Hotel war ausgesprochen freundlich nund hilfsbereit.
Den Fitnessraum haben wir nicht besucht.

Cons:

Leider gab es in dem Badezimmer keine Klobüste, was ich etwas befremdlich fand.
Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, auch wenn man sie ordentlich aufgehängt hat. Keine Hinweis (wie in vielen anderen Hotels) auf "Wassersparen, durch weniger Wäsche" vorhanden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war prima, aber jeden Tag gleich, Auswahl an Käse leider sehr gering.
