Great location! 9 minute walk to tower bridge and 1 minute to tube. Staff is very friendly and breakfast buffet is definitely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel and location.
Price too expensive.
We stayed at Clayton Hotel for 5 nights. The hotel matches its price range well, offering stylish and comfortable rooms. At first, I thought the bed might be too small, but it turned out to be very comfortable. The windows do not open, but the air conditioning worked properly throughout our stay.
The bathroom was spacious, cleanliness was very good, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, during the 6 days, the breakfast selection never changed or offered much variety. Overall, I would have rated the hotel 8 out of 10.
Unfortunately, my final rating drops to 1 because of the receptionist, Ms. Natalija, who handled our check-out and left us with a bitter feeling after what we truly believed had been a wonderful stay in London. Although she tried to appear polite according to hotel standards, her facial expressions came across as arrogant and sarcastic when we simply told her our room number. It also seemed that she did not understand us very well. Still, we could overlook that, as everyone can have a bad day.
What I cannot overlook is the fact that after spending 6 days at the hotel — and honestly not even using many of the hotel services — we kindly asked if we could leave our luggage for 2–3 hours the following day. We were, of course, willing to pay for it. However, Ms. Natalija did not even take our request into consideration, despite the fact that we had been guests at the hotel. Once again, her tone made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Policies, standards, and procedures are one thing, but being human is another. A kind attitude can easily make guests feel appreciated and happy.
Thank you, Clayton, for your hospitality, but as long as you continue to employ people with this attitude, we will certainly not recommend the hotel to others

I would like to thanks the staff for allowing complimentray late check out without additional fees. This is very kind of them and thanks alot
only issue is far away from central london and no drop point if you are coming by taxi or uber.
