Great Hotel
Pros:

Very enjoyable stay in London. Great hotel and restaurant is great. Malcolm our waiter was great and the chef Sunaj cooked us a terrific meal.

Great hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent service every time we visit. This time checked-in by Kris, who was warm & friendly (despite being an Arsenal fan!). Highly recommend this hotel — and shout out to Kris.

Sehr gut mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Gute Lage, Bus und U-Bahn sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Klimaanlage war sehr leise. Gutes Frühstück, jedoch mit Einschränkungen bei der Auswahl, dafür aber sehr guter Kaffee.

Cons:

Kühlschrank war nicht kalt und konnte nicht eingestellt werden. Die Glastür der Dusche schloss nicht richtig und so ist beim Duschen Wasser in das Bad gelaufen. Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Frühstück sehr gut, jedoch wenig Auswahl bei Gebäck, Wurst und Käse.

Excellent location with quiet rooms and comfortable beds, though the room felt somewhat outdated.

The hotel offers an excellent location, quiet rooms, and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner. We were given a room with an accessible bathroom that we didn't need and found it a bit uncomfortable for our needs (the sink was very low, and the shower curtain didn't fully wrap around the shower).

First class service
Pros:

Excellent experience predominantly
as a result of the service and conversation from Akter. Yes the food was good, having the pork belly which melted in the mouth, but the service was something you'd expect from a high class restaurant in relation to how Akter ensured everything was ok and made the effort our wine was topped up.
