Comfortable. Luxury. Affordable. Yummy popcorn. Tube close by. Outstanding staff. Nice!
Pros:

Our room was modern and chic with trendy soft furnishings and decor. The complimentary toiletries were Rituals brand which was such an unexpected but very pleasant addition.

Cons:

Air con instructions were minimal and a bit confusing, but not a disaster. Extra milk for the coffee/tea could have been supplied in the in-room refrigerator.

I had a wonderful one-week stay at Clayton Hotel City of London. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Tower Bridge, with an Underground station only a minute away, making it incredibly easy to explore all of London.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One feature I really liked was the self-service check-in and check-out kiosks, which made everything quick and convenient.

The views from the hotel were fantastic, and the surrounding area felt quiet, clean, safe, and well-maintained. Despite being close to London's main attractions, it was peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

I highly recommend Clayton Hotel City of London to anyone visiting London. I would definitely stay here again!
