Beautiful hotel just wrong location
Pros:

Property is beautiful.
Food seemed great my daughter had breakfast.

Cons:

There was nothing to do other than walk to temple grounds, beach was filthy very poor up keep.
People are lovely .

Cons:

Inchecken. Personeel zakelijk, doch hautain. De voornamen op het paspoort werden vergeleken met de voornaam opgegeven door Booking. Com. Uiteindelijk werd ik goedgekeurd door de mevrouw van het hotel! Tevens moest ik een borg betalen van 3000 baht. Deze borg mocht ik contant betalen. Een kwitantie ben ik een dag later gaan vragen en ontvangen. De gevraagde borg staat niet vermeld bij Booking.Com

Stille kamers, goed bed, goed ontbijt en restaurant. Heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op de 29ste verdieping aardige mensen. Kortom ga hier gerust verblijven geen teleurstellingen.

Het personeel was zeer aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Er wordt gezegd en daar betaal je voor “zeezicht” maar dat moet je heel ruim zien want de zee is zo ver weg en dus heb je weinig zicht op. De rooftop bar is erg ongezellig en kaal qua decoratie. Een klein biertje kost 275 baht en dat is erg veel voor deze locatie. Wij zijn lid van IHG hotels en krijgen normaal 20% maar bij het inchecken was men vergeten te vermelden dat dit niet voor alcoholhoudende dranken geldt bij dit hotel. Het eten in het restaurant is matig. Het ontbijt is een buffet maar ondanks de redelijke keuzes die er dus zijn niet erg goed. Al met al was het een teleurstellend verblijf. De prijskwaliteit verhouding ligt totaal scheef en we begrijpen dan ook niet dat dit hotel nou juist zulke goede reviews heeft. Hierop hadden wij het hotel namelijk gekozen.
