Pros:

A charming little hotel,
the service is great,
the rooms are clean and quiet, the shower is the best I have encountered in hotels in the Philippines,
5 minutes walk from the sea, excellent location and despite the main road, the rooms are very quiet and the atmosphere is great.
Cafes, restaurants and a supermarket are close by. Maximum value for money and for those looking for simplicity and true rest, this is the place for them.
