Very calm atmosphere all around the property.
Very convenient getting from ferry terminal to hotel with a friendly staff.

Nice view of the sea from the hotel room.
Rooms were clean and very very spacious with good amenities inside like storage and kitchen area. Felt at home.

The breakfast was good spread. Spa facilities and spa staff were excellent, The dinner at Treetop restaurant was just amazing, the 5 course with wines was really good.

Excellent experience and a relaxing holiday with the beach, spa, good food, spacious and neat rooms and excellent service. Breakfast buffet spread was pretty good and the food especially the experience at Treetops, Banyan Tree was excellent. Special mention to the friendly staff Intan and Danny who made our beach side experience extra special. Will definitely come back again! Thank you.

Luna and Michael were very nice and kind. They walked us along the Laguna golf course and looked for the birds. We found quite a few interesting birds.

We booked ocean view room and it was beautiful. The sands on the beach was so soft, there was mini basketball, badminton, volleyball, pool table, table tennis, mahjong... we could really spend our entire free day meaningfully while waiting for our 6.50pm ferry charter. We also got lucky with the turtle release event, do look out in IG conservationlab_bintan for updates. Service was excellent, staff did their best to serve us really well. Extra mile to even deliver our forgotten Kueh Lapis from hotel to our ferry terminal. We are super impressed! Can't wait to visit again!

Stayed at Cassia Bintan with my parents and children and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were quick to offer assistance whenever needed.

The resort is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The peaceful atmosphere makes it a great place for a family getaway.

One of the highlights for the kids was the beach. There were many hermit crabs along the shore, especially in the late morning after our buffet breakfast. The children had lots of fun observing and gently picking them up before releasing them back onto the beach.

Overall, Cassia Bintan is an excellent family-friendly resort. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return again.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of all kinds of food.
Beach was beautiful...so close to the property and super clean. Daily racking the sand keeps the place neat and tidy.
Staff were excellent and service was very attentive and friendly. Food was very good at the restaurant.

The rooms are very clean and nice. The service is excellent making in the check in seamless even with 4 kids in tow. I love the private beach and the ease of travelling to banyan treetops restaurant where we get to enjoy a very beautiful sunset and performance before a satisfying dinner in perfect ambience. Would love to come by again soon

This is the fourth time we stayed at Cassia Bintan, and it is a comfortable home away from home. This time we had 3 rooms and the staff were great to let us have our rooms at the same block and floor we preferred. Staff were always friendly. The best part of course is the nice beach at doorstep just after the swimming pool; so after swimming at the beach we can just move to the pool and still can view the beach and sea from the pool. The beach is not crowded during our time there as our visit was on weekdays. I appreciate that they arranged breakfast at Lotus Cafe (Homm's cafe) within walking distance instead of at Cassia's coffee house so we won't get bored with eating at same location. Our meal at Treetop cafe at Bayan's Villa resort is also very enjoyable as they sent a buggy to fetch us.

Had the most amazing experience at Cassia Bintan. All staff are incredibly friendly & take note of who you are which is such a great personal touch.

Room is clean & tidy (daily) Beach is so close & great restaurants and bars nearby.

Really enjoyed my stay & and as a solo traveler I felt incredibly safe.

Special mention to Fendi, Luna and the ladies at Breakfast. Apologies, I think her name was Quiqui!

All staff here have been amazing. Highlight was seeing the baby turtles and being able to feed them. But also having the beach to yourself almost everyday!

Had a lovely experience the last four days. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, they were able to help us with all our requests. Breakfast buffet was abundant and everything was very yummy! The beach front was also really beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and well maintained, would definitely recommend!

Cassia Bintan was such an extraordinary experience, from the moment you land on the island to the point where you leave there will been no hassle, resort has everything you need with amazing views, comfortable accommodation and the star of the show is definitely the staff, every staff has been a gem and provided the most top service! If you’re looking for a resort to stay with family/couple/friends this will be the place, will definitely recommend this to people back home!
