Good place, but too many areas for improvement for a 170$ room.
Pros:

Location is very good near lake of Sevan. Big territory with various bungalows and main building. Big swimming pool. Friendly staff, ready to help. Quite room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The toilet was dirty. Safe deposit box did not work. And it was not secured, one could easily take it away. The electronic lock did not work, I had to struggle with the key every time. In the canteen the 2 coffee machines were very slow and the size of the cup did not match the size of the portion.

За 190 евро за то, что ночью замерз - это испортило ощущения.
Pros:

Отель пляжный со всеми удобствами. Коттеджи есть крутые, есть попроще. Завтрак приличный. Чемоданы к коттеджам возят. Бассейн с подогревом, что частично компенсирует холодный Севан.

Cons:

Недостаток, который перечеркивает многое: если ночью 10 градусов (а это норма), это проблемы клиента. Хочешь - спи в одежде, хочешь - грейся 40-градусной. Отопление есть, но в начале сентября отключено.
Плюс у буйков по пояс. Невозможно взять номер только с завтраком, предлагается только завтрак-ужин.

Cottage 14 is great. I would not call this place a resort.
Pros:

We had cabin 14 which was extremely luxurious feeling. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff is incredibly dismissive and doesn’t work to find solutions for any of your problems. We had breakfast and dinner included which we thought would be in their onsite restaurant but ended up being in more like a cafeteria where the food was bad. We ended up taking a taxi to other restaurants around the lake which were actually delicious (Tsaghkunk Restaurant and Yasaman). The breakfast at Noy starts at 9am. Even with our expensive room we tried to get a coffee shortly before at 9am and were yelled at in Russian.

Добротный отель на Севане
Pros:

1. Севан.
2. Удобный номер.
3. Теплый бассейн.
4. На территории есть гамаки, качели, батут, что-то типа детской игровой

Cons:

1. Для такой высокой стоимости размещения очень скромный шведский стол. Нет мясных блюд, только курица, рыба (с большим количеством костей). Хотелось бы видеть говядину, шашлык - то, чем славится Армения.

Pros:

Breakfast and dinner was included in the price. Not much to choose, very bad to say it short.

Cons:

There were nothing much to do. It was raining so we couldn't attend swimming pool. Perhaps the only good thing in the place was the swimming pool but it was in open air. Room was dirty with old shirts and towels.

מיקום פנטסטי. נוף נהדר
Pros:

מקום מושלם להעביר בו 2 לילות.
אגם נהדר ויש שם לא מעט פעילויות להעסיק את הילדים.
הוילות ממוקמות ממש על האגם וניתן לרדת מהמפרסת למי האגם בקלות ובנוחות.
ארוחות מוצלחות.

Cons:

גקוזי, סאונה ומתקנים לילדים בתשלום נוסף.
אין קירור בחדרים, אבל למזלנו הגענו בימים קרירים יחסית.
חבל שאן שם שירותי ספא ומסאג'.
