Very friendly staff, good system with fresh Beach towels every day. Perfect location to combine a visit to the national park and enjoying beach life

Pura vida !
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour aller piquer une tête dans l’océan. Également très bien placé pour l’entrée du parc ( pas besoin d’utiliser sa voiture, l’entrée du parc est à 7’ à pied).

No tiene amenidades, deberían de repensarlo al menos coffee maker y mini nevera sería lo mínimo, cada habitación son bastante grandes para incluir al menos ambos objetos

Está muy bien situado y con buenas instalaciones. Nos dejaron dejar el coche en el parking durante el día para ir al parque.

Cons:

Pagamos un extra por la habitación con vistas al mar y no tenía vistas. Era una planta baja con la carretera y parking delante. Además, tuvimos la mala suerte que había una fiesta en la playa esa noche y se escuchaba todo, no dormimos nada. Nos podrían haber avisado. Fuimos a recepción para pedir un cambio y no había nadie.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y fácil de llegar
Además, tenían hielo grátis y el servicio fue muy bueno

Decepcionante

Exclusivamente la ubicación

Decepcionante y nada recomendable.

Nos cobraron 40 $ adicionales por noche cuando la reserva ya no se podía cancelar, a pesar de que habíamos avisado con antelación de que se trataba de un error de Booking. Consideramos totalmente injusto que ese coste recaiga sobre el cliente.

La habitación estaba sucia, había moho y un olor desagradable, algo especialmente preocupante por posibles problemas de salud. Además, la ducha no dejaba de echar agua y tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por la noche, sin que nadie nos ayudara con el traslado.

El servicio de habitaciones tampoco se realizó correctamente y la atención de una de las trabajadoras fue muy desagradable, llegando a decirnos que se tenía que ir cuando estábamos intentando solucionar el problema.

Por si fuera poco, la habitación supuestamente tenía vistas al mar y no era así. Pedimos cambiar a una habitación de la primera planta, pero finalmente no nos dieron ninguna solución.

Una experiencia llena de problemas y con una atención al cliente muy deficiente. No repetiríamos.

La ubicación cerca de la entrada del PN Manuel Antonio. Aire acondicionado y ventilador.

Al estar justo a la entrada del parque, queda lejos de la mayoría de núcleos de ocio
