We would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms clean and the entire staff were so friendly and super helpful. Close to the train and you must make time for the breakfast - it is delicious!

Cons:

I would have loved a bathtub, but I understand the space is limited in these areas.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and crisp linens, very nice. Bathrooms were exceptional.
Front desk staff was super helpful and spoke excellent English. Helped with dinner recommendations and reservations. Helped with car transfers and taxis. It was our last day of our trip and we just wanted to relax.
Very nice outdoor space to relax with a drink.
All staff was very welcoming.

Cons:

No issues, would stay again.

Pros:

Sergio and the rest of the staff were helpful and fun to talk with. The breakfast was fantastic, and the breakfast service was perfect. The location was good for walking and for public transit. It is a non-smoking hotel.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected from the photos online, and the elevator was tiny. There was nighttime street noise from a nearby restaurant.
