Fantastic location and value for money for quality
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic location. Modern and very comfortable bed. I stayed in the townhouse apartment. Recently completely renovated. Best value in town I reckon for quality and location. So handy for train station and gorgeous walk over river to the theatre.

Cons:

Only fault I could find, room needed a larger mirror. I told reception on checking out and they took a note and said would order one straight away.

Good, but massively let down by a non deserved parking fine with no support from the hotel.

Parking fine delivered after the event in spite of giving the registration at reception it was apparently not authorised as specified.

The entertainment was fab on friday night but saturday night was awful could be better

Overnight stay on our way to Inverness
Pros:

Right in the centre of Pitlochry. Our first floor room had large windows overlooking the Main Street. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was also good

Beautiful hotel but too noisy
Pros:

Very beautiful decoration
Staff were all lovely
But it’s a very noisy hotel
Workmen working on facing building opposite our room
They started working at 6.30
Lots of banging doors all night
Although the hotel was fab the noise factor means we won’t be back

Pros:

Plum centre of Pitlochry, this hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

We had to negotiate 34 steps and many twists and turns to get to our attic room, no lift. As a result we had to leave our luggage in the car and just carry the absolute essentials to our room. The bathroom was a cupboard, if I was a large man, I'd have struggled to get in. The room was hot and on opening the window all we could hear was the kitchen extractor fan below us.
