It was a great location in the middle of town and near the train station.
The room was very small - no place to put my suitcase.
Great location and room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! Lovely staff
Dinner, they had run out of everything we asked for sadly. Then the salmon was cut in half. For price u pay should have all of it.
Location is great. Beds were comfortable.
Was assigned a king room but requested double, didn’t escalate because once we finally found our room we couldn’t be bothered to hgo down and make the change. Getting to the room was shockingly challenging (top floor is serviced by multiple staircases and you not all staircases grant access to all rooms, on one floor you need to pass through 8 fire doors to get from the staircase that takes you to the top floor vs the staircase that takes you down… not all are even signed). Not an option for people with mobility issues.
Hotel restaurant is appalling. Double the price compared to almost any other option for food that is bland and unimpressive. Portions are huge but that is inconsequential when the food is so unappealing. Even drinks are overpriced. £14.50 for a daiquiri that took 30 mins to arrive and tasted primarily of water.
If I could live in pitlochry it be a place I would spend time in your restaurant.
El desayuno que ofrecían tipo buffet con excelente calidad
Had a nice ambience
A bit of climb up the narrow stairs to our room, as an “older” couple this was quite exhausting. Would have liked a couple of chairs to be in room and this was sorted for us by a kind member of staff.
Classy, rent og pent, koselig og veldig skotsk
Litt dårlig trykk på dusjen på loftet, men til å leve med
Ligging
Veel busverkeer
The location was fantastic. The atmosphere was good. The breakfast was plentiful & a good range/choice.
The room was small but clean & comfortable. Sufficient for one night.
There was entertainment which wasn’t to our taste but others appear to have enjoyed.
Very dog friendly which was a very important plus.
Pitlochry was fab with great choice of individual shops, pubs, as well as cafe & bars. Good stopping off point.
Thank you
Bar food was amazing and waiting on staff lovely
The hotel locks up reception at night which is a very vulnerable position to be in with no visible means to get hold of any staff after 11pm. There was a loud party in the room next door that went on until 3am and nobody was available to fix it. Reception was closed, hotel phone numbers went to voice mail and office was locked up. I sent a message to the management and reception that wasnt picked up until the next day. Definitely not a safe approach to caring for wellbeing of customers.
Location was great.
Some of the staff were lazy and unfriendly.
