Centrally located hotel but pricey - depending on your choice of room.
Pros:

Very central location opposite the theatre. Good shower facilities and bedroom had good view over Oxford roof tops - although not positioned to see Oxford colleges.

Overpriced, small-sized room, questionable carpet (you can’t really tell whether it’s clean), window curtain did not blackout light (key issue during extended summer daytime from 4am to 10pm).

Excellent stay, best location, quite rooms, would love to come back in winter.
Pros:

The staff were excellent! Very helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The property location was excellent, close to everything and secure. The suite was large and very clean. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge, iron and board, hair dryer and all bathroom amenities available. Spear bed and Taxis were provided at request.

Cons:

No room service. The air conditioner was not working or not enough to cool the room. We barely felt it and were unable to sleep properly from the heat. I keep the balcony windows open that made a huge difference but when flys started circling I had to close it, stopping our cool wind. Steep cost of rooms for no room service.
