It’s a beautiful place with many authentic details inside. The location is directly in the centre yet in a calm side street, so a perfect balance.
Breakfast are great, offering a good selection of high quality local food.
Also the staff is great: helpful, friendly and welcoming
Staff were so lovely, breakfast was exquisite, great choice and beautifully presented. The hotel is a stunning calm place to stay. Rooms are great size, beautiful bathroom, robes, slippers, toiletries & huge very comfy bed. Streets are noisy as in any old city with narrow streets, everything echoes but you hear none of that in the rooms due to great solid sound proofing windows & shutters - amazing peace and quiet - perfect for a restful nights sleep.
I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the nicest hotel we saw in and around Lucca and in a beautiful location just a very short distance from the besutiful St Michel Square.
There was nothing we didnt like. Ths only tiny improvement would be to provide milk dried or otherwise in the room. Tea & coffee & a lovely kettle were there but no milk. Black tea and coffee are not for everyone.

Stayed in a superior room which was large and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and can be eaten outside. Great location. Felt like an individual boutique hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Lucca. Really comfortable bedroom, lovely breakfast, very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Will be back.

We loved the modern, spacious, airy room and lobby. The service was impeccable and the staff was extremely helpful in parking and retrieving our car. We'd love to return.
