Fantastic, reasonable hotel in the heart of Lucca with great breakfast

Cons:

Minor point - The safe was difficult to use - the battery needed replacing and after this it was still tricky to use.

וואוו איזה מלון. חדש יחסית ומעוצב להפליא. גם השטחים הציבוריים וגם החדרים. אפילו היה ריח טוב בחדרים :) שהיתי בסוויטה נפלאה. יש בחדר כל מה שצריך והכל מרווח נקי עם מיזוג אויר שעובד נהדר. הצוות היה מופלא. הזמנתי מקום בחניה והודיעו לי שאין מקום ולאחר שיחה בדקו ושמרו לי מקום בחניה של המלון-מה שהיה לי מאוד מאוד חשוב. כל הצוות שעובד בקבלה ובחדר ארוחת הבוקר היה מקסים ויעיל ועם שפע של רצון טוב. המיקום של המלון בלוקה הנפלאה ממש טוב כמה דקות הליכה לכל מקום בעיר. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת ושופעת.

Breakfast was so lovely and the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly.
The entire hotel is magical and smells so good.
Everything is close but it is tucked away in a corner. We loved the view from our room, the air conditioning was perfectly adaptable and the shower was big and delightful. Amazing service. Everything done with such good taste. Complimenti!

Friendly staff. Well appointed hotel in historic central area
Pros:

Very well appointed bedrooms rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast with vast array of pastries and savoury foods. 2 members of my family are coeliac gluten free and they were well catered for and shown good care by the friendly staff. Good location near the cinema supermarket and Puccini museum.

Cons:

The property is in pedestrian only area, so you need to rebook your car with the hotel to enter their parking or to drop off cases. Recommend get the train to Lucca from Pisa which is easy. 20 mins walk or short taxi to hotel from the station

Wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast selection with pastries, fruit and savoury. Wonderful well appointed and air conditioned cool rooms very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

A little gem in Lucca
Pros:

This hotel was an oasis of calm in busy Lucca. It was so close to the hustle and bustle of the centre but managed to maintain a quiet and peaceful feel.
The room was immaculately clean and modern.
The breakfasts were lovely. A surprisingly good buffet selection.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
I left a pair of sunglasses behind and the hotel very kindly arranged for them to be sent to my home address.
A lovely place to stay.

Belo fantastycznie i na 100% wroce tam z rodzina
