Great central location without being noisy. Wonderful buffet style breakfast, everything really fresh and delicious. No egg station. Room was very spacious, very clean and beautifully appointed.
Nothing
Beautiful interiors and comfortable layouts.
Location, cleanliness, bedding and pillows
Lacking in ambiance and personality
Very central. Rooms comfortable - bed was fabulously comfortable. Staff were all great. Welcoming and helpful.
Nothing.
Amazing stay, great breakfast, great location. Truly wouldn’t hesitate booking again if I was visiting Lucca again.
Nothing

Delightful staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Great pillows.
This is an excellent hotel within an easy walk of all that Lucca has to offer. Parking was great, just pre-booked a place in the hotel's garage. The whole place was fantastic. From location, to a beautiful room, (junior suite) to the friendly and helpful staff to an excellent breakfast choice.
Nothing come to mind, it was an excellent hotel
Location is fantastic, quiet but very close to action. Property is gorgeous and recently updated. Room was large, breakfast was great.
The staff does their job. They are not rude. But they show no interest in the visitors, no passion for their work. They are like polite robots. Also, they do not know enough about some city details. They are professional, but sterile. They need to understand why visitors are there. We all come from wonderful places with many things to do. We visit a place like Lucca for the "feeling" of it.
