Fantastic stay at Palazzo Dipinto, what an excellent hotel at the heart of Lucca
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel within an easy walk of all that Lucca has to offer. Parking was great, just pre-booked a place in the hotel's garage. The whole place was fantastic. From location, to a beautiful room, (junior suite) to the friendly and helpful staff to an excellent breakfast choice.

Pros:

Location is fantastic, quiet but very close to action. Property is gorgeous and recently updated. Room was large, breakfast was great.

Cons:

The staff does their job. They are not rude. But they show no interest in the visitors, no passion for their work. They are like polite robots. Also, they do not know enough about some city details. They are professional, but sterile. They need to understand why visitors are there. We all come from wonderful places with many things to do. We visit a place like Lucca for the "feeling" of it.

Luxury stay in the heart of Lucca.
Pros:

Location, breakfast (coffee in particular) and comfort all first class.
Staff very accommodating and allowed us to leave the bags prior to check-in. Luxury slippers and toiletries were a treat.

Cons:

Room 8 is just above some communal bins in the street so at times it was quite loud when people were getting rid of their glass recycling.

Overall would stay again due to the proximity in Lucca and the amazing rooms.
Pros:

Very clean modern rooms. Great location in Lucca. Very good cleaning service

Cons:

Breakfast quality was nothing amazing. fresh squeezed orange juice would have been nice. Good variety of food and good to see smoked salmon though. Some staff seemed a little bit not bothered. Maybe better soundproofing as if there was a louder noise coming from outside you would definitely hear it. Woke us up some days

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.
Pros:

Loved this boutique hotel - and in such a beautiful small city - lovely comfortable rooms- great size bathroom - plenty of fresh towels and space in room to relax.
